This awesome. I am considering purchasing Adobe After Effects. Forgive my ignorance, but does After Effects come with pre-loaded effects like this? If so, how many?

After Effects comes with a ton of effects loaded into it. Some effects have presets saved inside of them to use as good starting points, but you primarily use the effects to build out your desired effect. Our KZbin channel is full of AE tutorials to help you get started! There are a ton of user-created presets and effects available online, as well.
