Also I don’t know if this was intentional but. This video was edited. I am guessing because you spoke about demand capture & demand generation which is kind of abstract. If so, the little animations were nice to visualise. Alternatively when you are spitting fire and ranting those unedited videos are brilliant because you are using stories and your own experience to explain everything so animations aren’t necessary. Point I am trying to make is. Both work really well in each scenario!

Awesome video ! It will really help me to craft my offer. I do have a question, though : I would consider ERP Migration / Customization services more as a demand capture offer. Because convincing a company to change its ERP seems tough since it’s such a core part of operations, so wouldn’t the need for change typically come from the company itself ? But in the meantime, targeting custom ERP solutions for specific industries could potentially fit as a demand generation offer, but it feels complex to structure. Am I on the right track here, or am I missing something ? Thank you for this great resource

Hi Daniel, I have a genuine question.. if I start a marketing agency and later hire Employees to work on client accounts specifically running google ad campaigns, what happens when a employee accidentally overspends the client’s budget? For example, let’s say client has only approved to spend $100 per day in google ad spend. Now what happens if the employee mistakenly puts an extra 0 and make the daily budget limit to $1,000 and google spends that budget in a day. As a marketing agency owner, what should be my response and how do I calm my client down as they will be furious over this for sure.I would appreciate your response, thanks!
