Hey Daniel, as I look around the business space specifically yours a typical framework is to learn a skill that solves a problem then publicize the information you have learned in a personal way helping others. While, business will naturally happen with the services landing page in your bio. What I don't understand is how are you attracting an audience that is looking to buy said service? If you are providing information for a niche aren't you attracting an audience of people trying to learn, why would a customers even interact with content useful to a "seller" or person looking to learn? I can see it being useful as a metric of rootedness in an niche or a "resume" of at least some competency, but not how this will attract potential customers. Thank you for your time I greatly appreciate this channel.

I have been doing this for a while and it has been working amazingly. Basically I go to local businesses and offer for them an entire one time setup for an incredible price giving a lot of value at not a very expensive price. Once they see how good the service is and they are all setup and leads are coming in they hop on my SEO monthly services! Yea once in a while I do the setup and it takes me a lot of work for not so much money and they don’t hop on my SEO services but that’s just part of the process.

I just saw your Olympia case study video and you mentioned the best way to scale is direct offer VSL + typeform to qualify the good ones + setters/closers to maximize close rates. But this goes against your video here saying you need to do low ticket, one-time low commitment offer first otherwise people don't trust you. I actually use the direct offer VSL + typeform myself and it works well but wondering if you could explain the 2 differences further? You were never going to scale this business via subscriptions in the first place because it’s not a subscription business. It’s about following up over extended time periods (quarters and years) and asking if they have new stuff or have referrals
