but can you train it? using .txt document files? and if yes what are the requirements? and make it uncensored? and have a dedicated computer for this?

No, it can not be trained unless you are using NVidia offline AI software, which I was able to do. I will make another video on that.

Why do people continue to claim that these are offline? Mistral Instruct 7B Q4 for example is most definitely not, it won't start if you disable the internet.
