Can you please explain what is the relation between CI Class Manager Map of Relationships e triggered Pattern of Horizonal Discovery, because the patter has many entries using Create/Reference Operator with Parent/Child/Type of relation. It´s very confused. Thanks

What relationship type do you suggest to use to relate Application class records to Application Service? What method do you recommend as you had shown? And what about building relationships in excel and using a bulk upload? Lastly, if you build relationships between Application and Application Services, how to best view those relationships? I want to enforce using a "Service" CI on a Change request and when the Affected CI is entered, there is a relationship to the "Service" to enforce data integrity on the ticket.

There is relationship between switch and few servers but in the switch nothing is showing in dependancy view? Why it is like that?

It is possible that relationship is not created . Check in relationship table . If not you can create manually
