Maybe I heard that wrong, but you can actually make lowborn characters with the advanced cheat menu. There is a box you can check to make them lowborn or have a house name. Love the role plays btw!

Where it says generated under dynasty, you can switch that to lowborn instead.

Ah yeah, I think it's just called the custom nickname mod. You can also give them existing nicknames by using the set_nick debug command.

You can use console commands to add and take away traits, but it's actually easier to use advanced cheats to do all that for me instead

I honestly find it fairly comparable, especially if you know the trait names. That's why I also gave the Advanced Cheat Menu tutorial in this video as well though.
