I read some comments and from past series, I think putting a Stark-Tully branch in the Riverlands, the bastard son a Stark-Thenn branch beyond the wall and maybe taking the Iron islands as a port or even an Iron island-Stark branch would be cool while taking some land as compensation. A cool idea would be an empire of the north with the main Starks ruling over these Stark branch houses

Enforcing Stark rule over the Riverlands would be quite nice, considering Artos's Tully connection I would imagine quite a few Riverland houses would prefer Stark over Lannister. Religious differences may be a hinderance, but unless we are dealing with some lunatic zealots it doesnt seem to be much friction between Seven and Old Gods worshipers.

You have to take the Riverland from the lannisters man, there is no question of not doing it, you need the Riverland if you want to the north united under you and if it had been anyone else it would have been okay but a lannister. Just no. The Riverland cannot be ruled by a lannister never a lannister maybe you take the other Tully and make him lord paramount of trident after you take it but you cannot let the lannisters keep it.

We have attack the lanisters for our Artos wife claim or one of our sons claim, not our heir though.

You should consider conquering beyond the Wall, consolidating the north firmly under your name cultivating a legend of conquest never before seen and making it so that those death aren’t in vain. Also the population size of your army would increase to the extent that you can successfully not just conquer but hold the trident and the Iron Islands without much struggle, not to mention the increase of tax revenue, especially if you renovate the tribal lands.

I dont think Artos should have landed his half brother, Mallador is a complete POS and a arrogant and diligent Artos would notice that and would consider Mallador as a threat to the lives of him and his children and Artos wouldnt care what his mother thinks cause she clearly has more love for the bolton kids considering she has raised them. Mallador might not have a claim that he can press but he would still be in line to inherit if Artos and his children were to die and Artos would know that Mallador definetly would have motive/want to murder Artoses kids cause he is a patient stubborn sadist. Mallador seem like the type to hide in his room torturing kittens and plotting Artoses demise.
