Do I need custom object if I want to set upworkflow like this: 1. subscription ended 2. the goal about complete form haven't reached 3. haven't paid first subscription 4. haven't renewed subscription 5. bought one of the plans, offer the more expensive. 6. forgot password and asked login code.
