There aren’t any free dot to dot makers, the best you can do is to create the dot yourself by using circles and then add numbers.

My big question is: do I need to modify the geometric shapes from Creative Fabrica or is the fact that I'll overlap them with the quotes enough to not have licence/copyright problems?
