How To Create Dynamic Implementation Roadmaps For Permaculture Project Management

This video details how we use Trello paired with the BigPicture plug in to create dynamic implementation roadmaps for our Level 2 Whole Site Design permaculture designs.
Trello by itself is a very flexible and useful project / team management tool, which we use internally within 7th Generation Design to handle our "in business" processes. We also create project-specific Trello boards that contain all of the recommended elements from a whole site design mapped out in a visual timeline with dependency links to help our clients see where they are at within the grand scope of implementing their vision on their property, what they need to do next and why they need to do that thing before something else.

This is a client specific build - an implementation roadmap - for tracking all of our business internals we don't do the Gantt chart stuff, just lists and cards, but it works great
