I never seen that before. How do I get my modeling to look like the panel on the right? What options do I need to change? It makes modeling easier, and you know what shape that your modeling or adjusting.

You can use the keyworld "(object) + texture" to search those texture in Google, for example: "train texture" for the texture of train (realistic photo), "house texture", "car texture",etc..
