How To Create Flowing Lights Effect - Sony Vegas Tutorial

My name is Bobby and I'm theletterisb. Now what is theletterisb all about? I've created this channel with the intention of creating the very best video editing tutorial platform on KZbin. I'm sick and tired of all these boring, not straight to the point and way too long editing tutorials that we have to click through, just so we can get a little bit of educational value out of it.
For this reason I decided to do it the right way. Create short, exciting tutorials, teaching you the very best techniques to create professional video content.
But wait there is even more to talk about! This channel has evolved into so much more than just editing tutorials. At some point within my career I decided that I would like to use my acquired skills as a teacher, and share all my knowledge as a consultant when it comes to filmmaking, video editing, productivity.
With this vision in mind and I'm planning to release a lot of exciting content in the future. I'm Bobby and I'm theletterisb.

One thing I love is how long the video is. It doesnt take more than 4 minutes, and its very in-depth. Good explanations, please do the same later on (It depends on the effect difficulity of course. Take your time :)

Im always having a hard time looking for light overlays for my video and sometimes they show up nothing like what i want them to look like. So thats frustrating. But Im glad I found this! Allerdings entstehen bei mir spätestens nach dem Rendern unsaubere Farbübergänge zur Hintergrundfarbe (Color Banding heißt das, glaube ich). Eine Ahnung, wie ich das loswerde, wenn du verstehst, was ich meine?

man im following ur videos since something like 2 months, i have to say that you put a lot of quality among them why do i love ? -its simple as you explain -its consize -its efficient and beautiful. for simple effects, you just length the video as it needs to be (not to long and boring, not to short and ununderstandable) and the effect firstly displayed before the explaination is a perfect way to hook people rather than just display it at the end of the video like 90% of other youtubers. continue on this way, its the good way. Little question: would you do an other format videos (10 or 15min videos long) on very complicated effect ? peace ! (y)

It's a default VEGAS Pro effect. The naming of the effect is also always the same, "Gaussian Blur". If you don't have it you might be using Movie Studio instead.
