Hello, thanks for the video. I have one issue that I cannot fix. For example, I have a project manager who is involved in the whole project from start to finish, but it is very difficult to assign to him all the tasks that I have in the project because they overlap, and it is too hard to control from an overallocations point of view. Is there any trick to assign the project manager (PM) to the entire project without causing overallocations?

PM can be allocated to the activities explained. The common resources can be used there. This shall not hamper

Hi there! thanks for the tutorial! I have an issue though... I get the prompt "you cannot create links from a project file that exist on a web folder to another file" when I paste as link, do you know how can I fix this?

Hi Rebeca, this is odd. Do you use the on premise version of MS?

I think instead of copying or making link we can use SS and FF relationship

I get a message that says the "the OLE paste operation cannot be completed. The data you are trying to paste is not valid for this project." Do you know why this error comes up? I have it MS Project Professional

Hi H ross. It may be due to a number of reasons. It will give you that error when the type of data copied does not match the type you are pasting to. For instance, when you are trying to copy a duration and paste it to a date field or vice versa. It may also be errors in the file itself, corrupted /damaged MS project files. It also sometimes happen with password-protected MS Project files or files on a server with particular protocols that does not allow the pasting of that link.
