Wow, you are a graphics expert! As a subscriber I'm wondering if you have any tutorials I can view for free that will teach me how to make these seamless patterns (including watercolor patterns) from scratch in Photoshop and, if possible, in Illustrator too as I'm seeking to expand my skills in both programs. Believe me if money weren't so tight I wouldn't be concerned about paying for your high quality videos and goodies.

It's something you install into Photoshop - I would get familiar with Photoshop before trying the kit since it takes some prior Photoshop knowledge to be able to use it best/easiest
