Great video as normal Greg. Would I be right in assuming that the sites that the news digest can select from is based on the way you have set up the news web part or is it simply limited to the current site?

Thanks - it is based on the way you set up the News Web Part. So you can send the news via digest for a whole hub site, etc.

Hi Gregory. I’ve created my newsletter which I would link to convert to a PDF and then send to my customers ( outside of my organisation), since I believe Sharepoint does not allow to externally share the newsletter ? Secondly when I create the PDF It ‘chops out’ quite a chunk ( content) from the right margin . Can I adjust the width of the newsletter so that it fits to my regular A4 page size. Martin, you can't share pages externally that customers can access without authentication. And no way to adjust the width either.
