Yeah I also fixed loads of issues, but when deploying the NFT it completely sucks! It is really frustrating. I dont know what the problem is. It says I have a invalid URL when using deploy command. Even retried the whole procedure with no success. Update: 10 hours of coding to figur out that the key was wrong. Now I now what was meant. Not API key but http Key was needed in .env file 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️I only did this mistake because alchemy added API key above http not like in the Video. I am so stupid. Now I get Insufficient Funds Error👍

I did everything until I had to download Nodejs, I think I didn't install it correctly, because I wasn't able to create a new project. If you prefer to code in just one language to write the code and test the software, you can use the foundry test framework which is purely in Solidity.

It’s nft-projects first as the project and the first folder is made is ethereum and web folders is made later on in the tutorial

Hi!! did you define ethers? check in deploy.js if you did const { ethers } = require('hardhat'); Let me know if that works! :)

at 11:40 you didn't create a new folder accidentally that's just how next js and other 'template builders' work they create a new folder named after your project and save all the packages inside of that. but anyway dw about wasting 10 minutes i wasted 1 hour because my api route wasn't working only to figure out my pages/api directory was supposed to be under my root directory but since current next js projects don't include that folder by default i had to figure out on my own where to create that folder :(

Hi Tiff, thank you for this amazing video. I am running into a problem with minting the NFT. When I enter the 'to' address of the Transaction Hash as my NFT_ADDRESS, do i run node mint.js? And when do so, I get an error that says "return !!(value.toHexString); TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toHexString')" Can you please help?

make sure you are in the environment that has the ETH in it! do you have test eth and are on the ropsten environment?

For me the tutorial was not clear enough. First this tutorial was basically for MacOS/Linux which didn't help me on windows very much. I was able to find my own way by googling but eventually you lost me around 15:55 as you just only "went along"/or repeated what the tutorial from FCC said after that mark, which I might add the FCC was very poor especially for windows. You didn't really show us were exactly things where. I get that you want to protect your account and stuff but hiding things didn't really help with following along. Give better made up examples to know what I'm actually looking for(I still haven't found the "hash") also we didn't "code" very much. All we did was copy and paste another person's code from a tutorial while making several installments, and when an installment or a deployment failed I didn't know why and I was basically SOL. Regardless, I did learn a bit from this tutorial. Thanks

Why hide your wallet address? You literally made a new one for the sake of this video. You also just used a test net account so it doesn’t seem to have a personal info on it. You could have linked your address on here and people could have checked out your nft.
