Thanks for uploading...by the way the MPC website is a printer in Hong Kong and their shipping is ridiculous even to the United States also annoying that that this company is not affiliated with any mainstream marketplaces when selling your Print on demand products...a lot of manual work is required

how is this print on demand? i see no way here for this to add a 1-click integration to my e-commerce site for fulfillment. what you are showing here is merely an online printing company with a low MOQ where you still have to pay for the order. POD means fulfillment through a company like printful or printify.

Hey there! Great question and it is addressed in Part 1. I also reached out to the Canva team and here is their response: " Kevin (Canva) Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you want to know if you can print your Canva designs on products for selling and how trademarking works on Canva designs. All content (photos, graphics, illustrations, stickers, fonts, videos) available for Canva Pro subscription is licensed under Canva’s Content License Agreement. You can use designs made on Canva to print on products, as long as you incorporate the stock media on a design by adding elements, photos, texts, videos, or backgrounds, you can comply with Canva’s Content License Agreement and are free to do the following: - download designs without paying for images - use your design in promotional campaigns - print your design for personal purposes - print your design for promotional purposes or use media in printed items for selling without limits - use media in a design and publish on your website or blog - use media in your website without any alterations (only up to 600x800 or 800x600 pixels) - print design on products for selling Note that you will no longer be able to download raw and original images through our Photos Marketplace. As the creator of your design, you are still the owner of the final design because it is your original composition or layout. However, the individual elements on it are still owned by the original copyright owner/creator, the contributors, or the media source. If you upload your own images and elements, then the uploaded media are yours. If you use or purchase any media from the Canva library, the original creators of the individual elements (either Canva or our contributors) retain ownership of those elements - you are only granted a license or permission to use them in your designs." - Basically you are fine for copyright but not for trademarked decks. If you do not trademark the deck you are fine.

If you don't pay for Trademark, does that mean you don't own the rights to your deck, or the deck doesn't belong to you?

Hey Leanne, this is only if you Trademark your deck. If you choose to legally trademark it then you own the trademarked rights. Otherwise you can sell commercially. Trademark protects your brand and your product more. ❤
