TIME YOU SPEND ON SOMETHING YOU ENJOY IS NOT TIME WASTED, YO. NO ONE should stress about how long it takes them to do their own nails, because you're vibing and being creative and doing your thing while you do it. ENJOY THAT TIME AS AN INVESTMENT IN YOURSELF.

THANK YOU FOR BRINGING UP TIME LENGTH WHEN DOING NAILS. I just started doing my own gel x nails over two months and it’s the best hobby I’ve picked up for myself. But the one thing I have been feeling insecure about is how long I take to do them. The fastest has been 3 hours but normally I take like 4-6 hours too! Even with a simple one color gel nails, I still take a long time. But I just like taking my time and I’m so picky with how my nails look and putting in all the details I need/want. But thank you for bringing it up, it made me feel a little better since I know one day I would eventually like to do my sisters / close family friends nails to practice more and I want to be more time efficient! ❤️❤️❤️

I’m so glad I’m not the only one who takes HOURS to do their nails! 4hours is totally normal for me and I’ve been doing them for about a year and a half. To take old ones off, put on new ones and do polish and designs- sometimes question if it’s worth it. But you save so much $ so it really is worth it😉

It made me feel so much better when hearing how long it takes to do your nails. I always thought that I was doing it all wrong because it took me like 4 hours. I was so stressed and I felt really bad about it. Thank you

Same! I’ve been doing them for over a year and 4 hours is average. I just thought it was cuz I’m such a perfectionist with my filing. Glad I’m not the only one😊

Can I just say I ABSOLUTELY ADORE YOU AND YOUR CHANNEL. it's so peaceful here to me. I know it's a lot of work but I wish you could post everyday. I literally enjoy just having your channel on my TV for back ground noise. I have watched/listened to nearly all of your videos. I totally agree with the time frame u mentioned - it could certainly take hours to complete a full set start to finish. I've been doing my own nails for about 5 yrs now and it still takes me hours to do them. I cant tell you how many times I have essentially taken all day to do my nails because, well for starters, it's my hobby and I just absolutely adore doing nails, mainly my own, but 2 I am picky and a perfectionist and a nail salon is hella EXPENSIVE like you said. I can spend all day on my nails and sometimes they still wont come out the way I had anticipated. Anyway, love your videos!! Keep them coming!! I wish you so much success here on youtube. 💅💖🥰 I would love to be able to film videos of my doing my nails. That would be amazing!! What a dream job!!

Hey love your videos!! Just a heads up the gold bottle apres primers is meant to be put on your natural nails while the one in the grey/silver bottle is specifically meant to put in the inside of the gel extension to chemically etch the inside. I noticed you switched the use of those.

I can totally relate on how long it takes to do my nails. I normally have to split them up to 1-3 days Day 1 prep(cuticle care and cleaning and selecting gel extention size and filing) ~1-2 hr Day 2 apply extention ~1h Day 3 nail art 2-4h (depending on design) Sometimes day 2 and 3 are combined

I love your nails ❤ You can be an amazing nail tech! You are soo talented 😊 ❤ But there are few things that can be done better 😉 Make sure to wipe your nails with cleaner really , really well after all the filing you do 😊 They will look and stay on much better if you remove all the dust 😊 Dehydrator will not remove oils from the nail bed it must me removed with cotton pad or dustless pad with cleaner and after that you can use dehydrator to remove all the moisture 🙂 + I would advice you to maybe watch tutorials how to do poroper manicure/cuticle prep and nail prep before building your nails if you take your time to do that your work will be even better 😊 Try maybe using less harsh nail file, 80 is not good , even damaging for your natural nail I wouldn't even use it on gel or acrylic , 180 or even 220 would be ideal for a natural nail bed for gel or acrilic you can use 100 but be careful 😊 I know sometimes you may not have time to remove your nails properly but please please don't ripp them off you can use a regular file in your free time or e-file , e-file will do that in no time 😊

The thing about acetone, yes you should use acetone for your nails but not acetone with oil just regular acetone that because if there’s oil in then your nails won’t last long but if it’s not oil in THEN they last long. So you should use acetone without oil😁
