I think there is one step missing, i trace my image using bezier tool, and after when i select my image and the trace, and press set, he creates the shape, he doesnt give this pop out effect, so there might be one something else missing

ive posted on the inkscape group and someone helped, there is one step missing, which is, make sure you draw a square on the bottom in a "perspectivish" way, but niice tutorial, after that hint i was able to do it, not as perfect as yours im a beginner, but it was something
