How to create quotes in HubSpot

In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to create quotes in HubSpot.
In HubSpot, you can create quotes to share with contacts interested in buying a product or service from their company.
Steps to follow:
1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales and then select Quotes.
2. Click Create quote.
3. Click the Associate with a deal dropdown menu and select an existing deal, or you can create a new deal also and then click Next.
4. Click the dropdown menu and select a quote template.
5. Enter a name for your quote.
6. Select an expiration date for the quote.
7. You can enter any additional information that will be useful for your buyer.
8. You can also enter any rules or regulations that your buyer should be aware of.
9. Click Next.
10. In the right panel, select the checkboxes next to the contacts to include in the quote, then select the checkbox next to the company to include in the quote.
11. Click save and then click next.
12. Verify that your personal information and company information is accurate.
13. Click save and then click next.
14. To add line items, you can add them from the product library or you can create a custom line item on the spot.
15. Select the line item from the library and select and click add, or if you are creating a line item on the spot, fill in the relevant details for line item creation the same way we create products
16. You can also add one-time discounts, fees, or tax and you can delete it at any time by clicking on the trash icon. Then click next.
17. You can choose to require a signature or not, and if you do, you can either go for a written signature or an e-signatures,
18. If you select e-signature, further Select the checkbox next to the contact's email whose signature is required.
19. Then click the Countersigners dropdown menu and select a HubSpot user's name if required.
20. Then you can select the payment options.
21. Lastly, review your quote and then click create a quote.
