How to Create Realistic Parquet Shaders in Arnold for Cinema 4d

hey there PLEASE HELP!! i made a complex shader with layer shader and now i want to add a bump2d node. so i don't want to go and add bump 2d node to each and every of my shader. what alternate do i have? i cant add a bump2d node to a layer shader . I SHALL BE EXTREMEly thankful for any help .

Thanks for the video. I'm facing several crashes in Arnold 7 during the workflow of the node...it is really annoying and honestly I'm thinking to go back to Vray 3.7 because vray 5 is still not ok as well...I have a decent CPU (Ryden 5950X) and a not bad graphic card (RTX 3080ti) so I'm a bit surpised about all these issues. Would be better to try Arnold 6 instead of the latest release? Thanks! :D

It's nice to know what to do, but you're not really explaining why you're doing certain things. So this is only really useful for making one type of material and little else. It looks great though, don't get me wrong.
