Hi! To populate those you just simply change your sheet view to Gantt view (you will need at lease 2 date columns to have Gantt view)

Is there a way, when creating a form and selecting it to be required with a number of characters. Can I not allow it to move to next field or get a box saying enter the correct number of characters?

You are not able to require number of characters but you can require on text field: Number only, Percentage, only, Email, only, phone number only, or No Validation
