I've had my notion for at least a year and I open it, play with it but rarely use it. I have learned over time I NEED automation. Idk if its ADHD or depression. But if I only have to set something up once and just keep using it. That works so much better. The more steps it needs, the more im not gonna use it. But ive heard so many other notion users say it took them months and many re-setups. In order to get the notion the need for function and beauty. Im so glad KZbin recommended your channel. So far your videos have really been the game changer I need to make notion work. I rather have everything in one place than multiple google documents and notes and such. Lol but I do need reminders and block scheduling and all that.

Hey! I have binged your videos on notion over the last week or so. I am planning to purchase your template as I resonate with your template tremendously! Is there a way that you have found in your template to set reoccurring tasks? With my job I have tasks to do every week and it would be awesome to not have to type them weekly. TIA

Yes! So where I shared my cleaning tasks in this video, that’s how I handle the recurring tasks. You can create a template in the tasks database with all the information for each task so you don’t have to type it each time, and then as long as you leave the “sort” property unchecked it will sit in your brain dump space until you ready to assign it a due date! I do that during my weekly reset time. :) Hopefully that made sense, if you have any questions once you start working in the template let me know!

Hi, do you pay extra for any of these extras on Notion? I Downloaded it a few months back, but when I open it, I get so overwhelmed I close out quick. I was wondering if it comes with the option to use all these templates or to be able to add them in, or you have to buy a lot of these add ins ?

@@camileali6742 Hey, yes! I haven't paid for anything extra within Notion except I did upgrade my plan to a paid plan since I love it so much! Otherwise I just built it the way I wanted it! There is certainly a learning curve with Notion, but it's an amazing program once you learn it. Hopefully my videos can help with that!!

I do love your videos, but i wish you explained more how we can connect our databases and tables to each other on differing pages.. that’s all i need and I’d be in love w my own template. But it’s the one piece i cannot figure out 😭
