This is literally the difference in me shooting 71, or 84. My iron strike for the day determines EVERYTHING. I drive the ball well, and also chip n putt pretty consistently. It’s soooo frustrating to pipe my drives all day, only to fat, or thin a wedge, or short iron on my approach. However, on my good days, I take divots AFTER the ball. Like I say…. The rest of my game is solid, but some days I feel like a beginner with my irons. lol I’ve got to get this down, if I wanna play consistent golf. Period!
