personally 5 is very balanced for TABS vanilla, but adding more than 5 can absolutely fullfill some of the stuff u want to add better for the character u make! also sorry for platform other than pc its seems hard to get the more abilities bug to work, unless u can plug a Mouse to the Xbox/Playstation then maybe its possible!

The best melee unit i made was made to coubter ranged units so he got LOADS of deflects parries and 1 superjump no range units ever gona touch him

Its a WIP and unreleased weapon from TABS that you can use by downloading BepInex and using the UCM mod :)

Haha try to stack and combine clothing and play around with it, sometimes when u found a good combination it can make a great look :) same goes for the colors For abilities, just try out and mix those skills ;)

I think stiffy is fine, maybe u shld reduce some of the numbers aswell since stiffy is lighter compared to other characters :)

Go to thunderstorm tabs mod website, there are a lot of mods there, i collected a lot of abilities from hidden unit mod, expansionary mod, and the pop culuture mod :) From there u can simply choose any mod and download&install it either manually or mod manager ;) dont forget, that u need to install ucm and Bepinex mod first since pretty much all mods requires this mod source code (also SLMA CORE) . i haven't made tutorial on how u install bepinex but u can find it on yt :)

There is an option in setting that let u disable or not disable the Custom units, go disable it :)

actually its not necesary! u can freely jump into the character creation mode in TABS since its originally from the game. mods are only if u want to add more weaponsl,custom,etc into the game :)

Technically shield actually does damage so it could work but shield is kinda heavy and big so its gonna be a little messy, spear is just fine since its just a normal weapon with a long range (although i won't recommend weapon like Pike). If u combine both its fine as long the shield size u use balance with the spears :)
