Biggest struggle for me - consistency. Some days, weeks I feel perfect, calm, know that everything works out, but some - it's the opposite: anxiety up to panic level sometimes. (Good thing that I am still managed to attract this video) so I am wondering, why my mind is so wavy? What can be the trigger, that flips it over so drastically?
@DiaJin5 ай бұрын
This week’s upcoming video may be helpful. (It’s about finding the magic middle) It’s normal to fluctuate, it’s perfectly human. I can’t speak on your anxiety as I’m not a mental health professional and I’m unsure of your unique context and story. 🩵 the “trigger” could even be attempting to sustain feeling good without realizing there’s been things bubbling up and it finally spills over. Again, your situation is unique, be gentle and compassionate to yourself even when feeling less than ideal. 🫶

Making notes and adding in extra points for myself: Maniestation as a concept to embody (Identity shift) Desires=Feeling States Create space and energy by eliminating fear amd self doubt 1. Maintain a sense of playfulness and don't take yourself too seriously when things go wrong 2. Maintain a childlike wonder and allow yourself to be wowed by the world around you 3. Don't pretend to be happy when you are not. But make sure you aren't making things worse by pondering on it (Temporary acceptance of things) 4. Belief= Decide (Shifting Limiting Beliefs with Beliefs of Change and Abundance)==> Shifts your identity 5. Shift your victim mentality 6. Be careful while labelling yourself (to affirm and reaffirm your Identity) 7. Believe in yourself a 110% before doing it. BUT DO THE ACTION TO GET THERE. DONT JUST SIT THERE AND WAIT FOR THINGS TO HAPPEN. 8. Belief=> Action/ Evidence => Identity ( cycle continues and gets reaffirmed) 9. Make small step and do small things to shift your identity and beliefs

The secret of dreams is easy, yet hard as nails. U gotta understand, most people have been programmed , hardwired in a way, to be driven by fear, and negativity. There's no fast way to "get it" , just hang in there and be honest and real in your search for truth

This is life changing. I feel so far behind and I'm constantly beating myself up. I think I've grown accustomed to just putting myself in situations that cause chaos. Like doubting the outcomes of certain situations instead of accepting them whole heartedly. I'm keeping myself stuck, thank you for helping reset my mental frame. ❤

Shes taking a very mind based approach. Very psychological. Ironically, with manifestation the less mind and the more feelings, the easier manifestation is.

Its your mind that sets all the limitations and perramitors. Its your mind that will set time frames. It will try to set plans and steps. Push your mind aside and intuition will step up. Your manifestations will come with ease.

That's interesting you mention growing up without much praise or validation and that resulting in you developing an Anxious attachment style. I had a similar background of minimal praise/validation but became Avoidant instead. I wonder what influences us to become more Anxious vs Avoidant. My guess would be the Anxious person was able to get praise/validation SOMETIMES, like a slot machine, so that makes you anxious about when you will get it again. Whereas the avoidant person never got it no matter what, so they completely gave up and stopped trying.
@DiaJin4 ай бұрын
Yes, that has been my experience in seeing which way a person might typically go. I think more people also fall into the disorganized category where they might swing to either side depending on the person (stimulus) they interact with. It’s definitely more of a sliding scale or spectrum vs either or.

Having worked in beauty, 1.treating one's skin gently will help it to calm down 2. Use only a few products, find what works for you - listen to your body, how it reacts (see product list below), 3. Sleep schedule - skin repair occurs mainly while asleep 4. Avoid touching your face throughout the day (a habit) 5. Change your pillow case every two days, wash your hair more often 6. Avoid extremes - such as sunbathing, washing with hot water/ cold water, protect your skin from the weather 6. Try to avoid junk food, excess salt, and alcohol 7. If you wear makeup, use micellar water after cleansing to remove makeup residue you may have missed, clean your hands well before applying, toss makeup that is a year old, clean your brushes each time you use them, take a tissue or towel and wipe off the surface of dry products like blush, toss applicator products like concealer after 6 mos. 8. Products you may want to try to see if they work for you: a cleanser or acne spot ointment with salicylic acid - NOTE it will help but will also increase sun sensitivity, use with caution. You can also use Neosporin antibiotic ointment to spot-treat acne flare-ups -if you have acne all over, salicylic acid, or tretinoin is best. Again, they will clean up skin, do your research, but they will make you sun sensitive - take this very seriously. If you can afford it, see a doctor or dermatologist - they will test your hormone levels and metabolic functions. I wish you all the best.
@TheGarnetObsidian3 ай бұрын
Products: you can use food grade coconut oil (the sort in a bottle, not a jar) to cleanse and moisturize, or Cetaphil, Elf, Neutrogena naturals cleanser, anything with Salicylic acid - read the directions, and Tretinoin works excellently but also carries risks of sun damage. I also like many other brands but skincare can get very expensive - don't feel that you must buy the expensive thing just to have clear skin. Do your research. If something makes you react, immediately stop using it. And Micellar water is absolutely important, I use Garnier Micellar water, but any will do, you can use it to remove makeup, and clean your applicators/brushes with it. Avoid products that have comedogenic (pore-clogging) ingredients such as Shea butter, caster oil, and mineral oil.
