Michael Tellinger explains how he successfully created and paid the banks with his own promissory notes. Please pay close attentions to the details - you can download a copy of the generic Promissory Note on the UBUNTU Party Website. Click on the note to open the text box and fill in your own details - You may need to change the legal data on the top right, based on the country you are in. PLEASE DO NOT pay other people mor businesses with your notes - they are meant for BANK and Government departments only.
Do not take your NOTES into a bank and attempt to pay it to the teller - they are not trained to deal with it and will send you away. Follow the instructions in the video. Or read the following.
HOW TO PAY THE BANK WITH YOUR OWN PROMISSORY NOTE
Please study the sample Promissory Note carefully.
Get to understand it and what its function is and what is actually written on it.
It was specifically created for the South African legal system - so you may need to adapt it for your country’s legal references on the top right hand side.
It has text boxes so just click on the text box and fill in what you need.
Create a catalogue list where you record the NOTE number - which you made up and wrote on top of note.
Make up any number that makes sense to you. I chose MJTPN001 / MJTPN002, etc.
Keep the catalogue list in a safe place.
Print out the original NOTE in colour on HALF the page - portrait.
Write in Blue ink right under the note the following line by hand.
"The original note is signed in BLUE ink"
This will prevent anyone from copying it and claiming it is the original - colour copiers may cause problems.
Then take it to the cops to stamp - date it below the note on the same paper - sign it in front of the police.
Also take along a letter (2 copies of the same letter)- as proof of delivery - it also needs to be stamped.
Also sign in front of cops - let them stamp and date both copies.
Then make a black and white photo copy of the original colour NOTE - before you deliver the TWO sets.
One set for the bank/lawyers - and One set (the copy) for you.
Deliver to the legal document receiving office at the lawyers OR the postal/legal document receiving of the bank offices - NOT the bank itself -
Ask the person receiving it to stamp all four. 2 originals and 2 copies for you.
Put the two originals in an envelope and seal it addressed to the CFO - or CEO
OR
Sometimes the lawyers are a small company where the receptionist receives the post and legal documents - in that case make the receptionist stamp all four and do the same.
Take your 2 copies with you as proof of delivery.
You have just concluded the delivery of a Negotiable Instrument in accordance with the Bills of Exchange Act.
The deal is concluded upon deliver according to the ACT.
Stand your ground.
They have to raise objection within 7 days if I understand it correctly.
Claim that you paid with a lawful document - and they need to launch a new legal action against you showing why your form of payment is not accepted.
Use my case of payment by Promissory Note as a precedent in South Africa.
If they do not respond to one delivery - you have a precedent of acceptance of one payment - and therefore they have to accept all others from you.
Be strong and fearless - know what you are doing - be informed.
If they have not come to collect the first payment on the 7th of the month - as indicated under TERMS & CONDITIONS - it means that they have sold the note and are no longer interested in collecting the money. This is what you have to assume - if ever asked.
Have fun - stay strong.
I have now paid STD bank with 4 notes - dating back to 13 June 2013 - with no legal comebacks so far.
I trust this will continue until we introduce the People’s Bank.
In love, light and unity
Michael Tellinger

@@cynthiamoore428 Hi. I found this but I'm not a lawyer. Just passing along info here. :) For your note: Tender in terms of Negotiable Instruments Act 1881; Public Law 73-10, Chapter 48, 48 Stat. 112, 12 U.S.C. 411; Securities Act §2(1), 3(a)(3) and settlement in terms of Congressional Statutes at large, Title 62. Even though they are required by law to accept your note (since with your signature it becomes legal tender and as good as any other form of money), I have heard that the banks often will not because, obviously, doing so would undermine their long-standing scam. Still, it couldn't hurt to try. Another way is to accept their presentment (otherwise known as a "bill") for the full payoff amount for value and discharge through the US Treasury (since our remedy for carrying the corporate US government's debt under HJR 192 is the DISCHARGE of all public and private personal debt). The "bill" essentially becomes a money order and legal tender under the commercial law that they themselves operate. Here is an informative blog post that explains what I'm talking about: freedom-from-fiction.blogspot.com/2012/06/blog-post.html. This process could be facilitated by gaining standing as a Secured Party Creditor over your STRAWMAN (the corporate, fictional namesake in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS) for whom most people are unwittingly accepting liability for as debtors. The governments and the banks have imposed a commercial system upon us where only two types of entities are recognized by law; creditors (who have ALL the power and rights) and debtors (who have NO power or rights). The vast majority of the American people have been educated and conditioned to live as debtor slaves (collateral) to carry the bankruptcy of the corporate US government (to the banks, the British crown and the Vatican, believe it or not). So the best course of action to take back power and standing under this system is to ALWAYS put yourself in the position of creditor-often referred to as a "Secured Party Creditor." I downloaded the Redemption Manual from this site: legalucc.com/index.html which is a very informative pdf (historically and logistically) with step by step instructions on how to become a Secured Party Creditor and take back your life. It will cost you $50 and I can say it worked for me (I am in no way affiliated with them). One tip that I can give you is when filing your UCC 1 financing statement, if at all possible, have your spouse (or someone you trust) file on your behalf (with yourself named as an additional Secured Party in the collateral box). The reason for this is that states are rejecting financing statements naming the Secured Party and the Debtor as the same "person" (I tried 3 times in different states to no avail). I had my wife file as the Secured Party over my STRAWMAN online in Washington and I am now a SPC after filing the UCC 1 and taken control of my birth certificate via the Secretary of the Treasury. Once you become an SPC over the STRAWMAN (with all accompanying copyrights and ownership thereof) with a good understanding of this heinous commercial system of law, filing a tort claim (or the threat of a tort) against whomever in the bank is dishonoring your instrument will undoubtedly provide the proper stimulus for it's acceptance....:) They DEPEND upon our ignorance. If any of this is confusing, it will become clearer once reading the Redemption Manual I mentioned, or with further research elsewhere if you choose a different source. Hope this helps and good luck to you. :)

For a promissory note to be valid: 1) It must be an UNCONDITIONAL promise to pay 2) It must state "pay to the order of" OR "to bearer" 3) It must specify the time for repayment OR "on demand" The note this guy is promoting violates this 1st and 2nd rules, thus negating this document from being considered a valid note. By stating that "trading" upon it, i.e. transferring the note, voids the original obligation you are adding a condition on the payment. This could be a contract, but it's not a note because of that statement and missing elements. It is also unnecessary to list statutory references anywhere on the document. Keep it simple. You do not need to say state anything about interest or repayment of the note. All you need is a statement to the effect of "I PROMISE TO PAY TO THE ORDER OF . You can then add a numerical representation of the money somewhere on the document. That is all you need to do. The note itself has value because all "money" in circulation today is based upon credit, i.e. promises to pay. The promise to pay is the value. The payee can attempt to enforce this but what would you pay them with? Notes issued by a bank or state? Still just promises but no substance.

merely writing the outstanding sum on an unenforceable promissory obligation with no intentions to pay therefore is invalid and non-contractual in the fulfillment of payment; promissory notes to be considered as a negotiable instrument requires to be redeemable-value not being derived by mere signatures. you can listen to this concept be debunked here: (Right Click, Save As) archive.org/download/mathematically-perfected-economy-audio/2011-08-04-MikeMontagne-Program34-OurEffectualCaseSouthAfricaWithMichaelTellinger.mp3 archive.org/details/mathematically-perfected-economy-audio

So a few questions: Hope they can be answered 1. This negotiable instrument has to be used with a bank for something you have already purchased? Like a mortgage means you've bought a house or a loan document, so you have to pay the bank directly for the obligation you have with the bank directly, which I understand but this leads into question number 2. What is stopping them from sending you a remittance or a bill every month saying essentially, "okay we are hear to collect on your promise to pay"? 3. What if they keep the original note, and come after you for the obligation of payment in tender? Yes you have tendered the document, but what makes you sure they will sell off the negotiable instrument to another entity? 4. Lastly, I walk into a bank hq and deliver a trillion usd note, they are going to pay themselves and deliver the value to you? The item you would have had to purchase would have to had cost a trillion dollars. So lets say I want to finance a new Antigravity TR3B spacecraft.. and I need the bank to finance to me 1 Trillion USD for the purchase of this. I would deliver the promissory note to the bank that would then do what?, to transfer the credit and or obligation or value or worth of the instrument showing that the value in return that it was worth? Really hope for a reply, these questions have kept me locked up in my own head for years and I haven't gone into a bank for fear of doing something wrong.

Realize UCC is not law, but in the US, every state has a commercial code statute ( a statute is code) that has the EXACT wording of UCC 3-603. This is from Ohio Revised Code 1303.68 Tender of payment - UCC 3-603 (B) If tender of payment of an obligation to pay an instrument is made to a person entitled to enforce the instrument and the tender is refused, there is discharge,. The bank cannot violate the state statute where they are incorporated. nor can they violate the statute of your state if they do business there. Usually where ever a contract is signed has jurisdiction, unless otherwise stated in the contract (mortgage) There is no way to lose. If its accepted, the debt is discharged. If it is refused, the debt is discharged. Win-Win.

Amazing thankyou so much for showing this, I think I understand now. So we can borrow from the bank and then pay it back with a promissory note?
@Grssclub
@Grssclub 8 жыл бұрын
You can. But dont have to. Cause I heard you can endorse the first contract at time of borrowing. When you signed to borrow, you signed a promissory note already that gave them credit. Your signature creates credit. We as human beings are the creditors. But the system has us as debtors with SSN. They took that first note and either sold it or traded it and thats how the banks get credit from the Federal Reserve. They then have you in a contract to pay again under the terms. Your promise and energy backs the note. You can dispute and ask them to provide the original note which they probably wont have. Because they sold it. If they cant produce the original. They cant prove you hve a contract with them. So you can dispute the original note to get out of the debt. But might be a little more difficult So the easiest way I believe they are saying by you creating another promissory note with "Different Terms" is key. Cause the term is in your favor. Now the bank will take that not and sell it or trade it for cash again. One think people must understand if you have a new company and needed a loan, a bank will loan to a company real quick if that company had a bunch of leases or contracts which is promises to pay from people. Thats how banks get their money. The more loans they create, the better.
@Grssclub
@Grssclub 8 жыл бұрын
Yeah, of course you have to know what your doing. There are codes and acts that protect you. You have to know it and use it. UCC and Banking Act has some. They didnt loan you money is one of your defense. know how to sign and reserve your rights. Plus you have to keep copies of your proof. and if sending payment notes. Certified mail return receipt. The other thing is regular sales people or payment collectors know nothing about this. Thats why you have to deal with the big dog like CFO. chief Financial officers.

Wow. Amazing stuff, im really starting to understand how people get out of these situations. I assume for in tellingers position he would be better of "hiding" his money to protect himself if they ever came back for the debt, then he can just go bankrupt and his money is protected. But really they cant come back for the money because their lack of acceptance or rejection clearly shows that they have no standing to collect the money unless otherwise stated on the promisary statement, which, cleverly would cost them dearly in paperwork as it probably costs alot more than £500 to get the £500 a month picked up processed
@FawfulDied
@FawfulDied 5 жыл бұрын

A promissory note is only of any value if it is backed by any means of paying the promised money. In itself it is a piece of paper. A worthless piece of paper under the circumstances because the issuer has no means of making good the promise of payment. No creditor is going to give a moments consideration to such a thing, as they already have your promise to pay the debt in the original contract. It is not possible to foist a unilateral contract on someone, and this is what this procedure amounts to. There is no free money and no cancellation of debt by this method.

During the land grab in the US by the banks after the tax payers bailed them out during the last decade, many people were successful in getting the banks to back off from land grabbing and foreclosing on their homes by demanding to see that original contract they signed for the mortgage. Many of the debt servicing agencies could not locate the original contract as their loan had been bought and sold several times by then. In Iceland, the people placed the bankers in jail after this debacle instead of the other way around.
@FawfulDied
@FawfulDied 5 жыл бұрын
Indeed, you could ask to see the contract. However, making up promissory notes is not the right way to go about discharging a debt.
@domiddian1751
@domiddian1751 Жыл бұрын
You make this comment as if the money in your pocket or in your bank account has any value. It doesn't. It's not backed by anything. A bank note is nothing more than a promissory note. All cash in the UK has the words, "I promise to pay the bearer the sum of [X] pounds Sterling..." But if you go to the bank of England and ask them to exchange your £10 note for £10 sterling, what are they going to do? Nothing. They'll shut the doors in your face. Why? Because £10 Sterling does not exist. Even if they could give you £10 Sterling in exchange for your £10 note, they would simply give you another worthless £10 note, which again, is not backed up by anything of value. Sorry mate, but you're talking nonsense.

Let me give u all some advice on how to enforce your instruments and documents..first u guys gotta know what da he'll u doing and why.. U are able to do it..and under what conditions can u not..da Only way u answer these questions u guys keep asking us to read the laws that govern what u Tryin to do then research the words u are using in document..u can practically Google 100% of this info just starting with the word promissory note then as u run into stuff u don't know use a banking dictionary it'll practically tell u what to do in the definitions and point u to da laws governing dat particular situation.. When I start reading this stuff u won't need a guru or to pay someone and u want have to try to verify yo information by someone still Tryin da process without proper info or exp. The laws will tell u how and what not to do and how to make your instrument meet lawful global. Requirements..it's cool to watch a few videos to get guidance but u gotta just get the sources of law they using read it then u won't be at no ones mercy or fear if doing it wrong or wondering if they gone confirm it.u enforce your instrument by knowing the rules to the thing u are doing..EXAMPLE: if we playing poker and someone at the tablecus as the table we all presume u know the rules.. So y would the other players inform u of a incorrect move that works to their benefit?? If u say the table it's assumed u know so if u missing something is it my job to help or yours?? Hope yaw start reading up..

when you try to pay-off your own debts, with "your own promissory-notes"; you there-by fail to tap-in-to the power of "holder in due course" status". the banksters are not obligated, under our american "uniform-commercial-code", to "discharge the debt", unless the promissory-note is tendered by a debtor with "holder-in-due-course" status. if you simply take your documents there, & trade them to a friend for his similar documents, then, each of you have "holder-in-due-course" status; & then the banksters have statutory uniform-commercial-code based "duties", to "discharge the debt". but the manner in which you are proceeding here imposes no such statutory duties on them.

lisulove & bluebird; Thanks much for your interest. "Uniform Commercial Code" chapters differ between US States, so citations are a bit difficult; & i would really have difficulties with researching these points in UK or South-African codes. And i really specialize in common-law; so, my insights in-to commercial-law are not numerous or accompanied with many details. But i am sure my words here are true. So; you will likely have to extrapolate on your own for UK or South-African applicability; but, in the USA, this is a good place to start: www.law.cornell.edu/ucc/3/3-603 / "§ 3-603. TENDER OF PAYMENT." See here, how it says: "... (b) If tender of payment of an obligation to pay an instrument is made to a person entitled to enforce the instrument and the tender is refused, there is discharge, ... ."? See that? Also see: www.law.cornell.edu/ucc/3/3-311 / "§ 3-311. ACCORD AND SATISFACTION BY USE OF INSTRUMENT." See here how it says: "(a) If a person against whom a claim is asserted proves that (i) that person in good faith tendered an instrument to the claimant as full satisfaction of the claim, (ii) ... and (iii) ..., the following subsections apply. (b) ..., the claim is discharged if the person against whom the claim is asserted proves that the instrument or an accompanying written communication contained a conspicuous statement to the effect that the instrument was tendered as full satisfaction of the claim." This means, that, if one of these instruments is properly delivered, that "There Is Discharge" of the out-standing debt, for the amount of money that the tendered credit/debt instrument bears on its face. But perhaps you-all, & M.Tellinger, already know this; as he seems to be thinking similarly, but just is not invoking any "Holder In Due Course" status. It is purposefully worded obscurely, to confuse people about how to legitimately invoke its power. But; if you read closely & carefully, you can see where the power is. I show you the larger-part, in my citations above. The key-point to that horse-power, is that one with proper standing/status, can, fully & lawfully, "Discharge Debts". The only other part you really need, is, a good basic comprehension that "Holder in Due Course" Status, is, the "Highest Status" you can have under the UCC. M.Tellinger is not invoking that more-powerful status. Once you obtain thaty status, you can lawfully "Discharge Debts", in the manner that M.Tellenger is trying to do. Some links showing the Importance & Power in this "HDC-Status", are as follows: 2012books.lardbucket.org/books/the-legal-environment-and-business-law-master-of-accountancy-edition/s21-holder-in-due-course-and-defen.html en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holder_in_due_course I hope this helps. Wow, I suppose I could walk into a bank and tell them to hook me up with a million dollar home with a simple promissory note, or is it only good for debt? If it can be used to pay debt, then technically it should be able to payable towards any goods or service, just like tender... If our tender is all just a fiat promissory note issued by the FED or CENTRAL / WORLD BANK, then it appears they cannot possibly have exclusive rights to create promissory notes? Of course, we cannot print Federal reserve Notes... I've never owned a home, or anything more expensive than a car or computer... Most of my debt is in Federal Student Loans, which in the USA are built to NEVER go away... I've paid the loan back many times over the years, however the interest keeps the principle stagnant... Great idea, glad it worked for you and thanks for sharing your research.

+christine .....so let me get this straight. In order for the promissory note to be legal, it must be 'signed' in blue ink for it to be effective. In other words, the 'hand written signature' is a critical component to this banking system payment method; the educational system no longer requires script writing in the curriculum... does that imply if the new generation does not know how to sign their name, exclude them from right of using hand signed promissory note as payment?
@sbudapaloni

But if they sell it, they get much more, like 50% or 75%. They wont miss such an opportunity! However, when they sell it, Mike is no longer obligated to pay. Remember, money is not real. Pull out a note, you'll see it says something like I promise the bearer of this note, the sum of x amount. That will either pertain to gold or silver, that doesn't exist. It is Fiat money, and only has perceived value. The only way they can trap him, is to hold onto the note and wait for him to default.... but them=n they lose money.

+Marco Pelser dude, you have no clue to what your talking about cause i written off promissory notes already myself and have already paid off one car/home, and about to pay off another car, so please educate yourself. I was like saying to myself, what is this dude rambling on and on about taxes cause he has not one clue about promissory notes, We as private bankers, we have a right to create our own note to discharge debt, as i have done so with evidence to prove it. So you have alot to learn, my question only to dude was that why hasnt he received something back saying the debt was indeed setoff/discharged, because i can show that proof, so what he`s doing IS NOT WRONG, except just he must be missing a piece of this puzzle.

Some points are valid here as far as procedure goes. Such as delivery. By agreeing to something and then later saying the whole system is rotten is not inherently valid. One thing which can happen, however, and I speak from years of paralegal experience in two legal systems which are inherently different, is that they do not respond on time, or correctly, and you win by default. I was clearing up my debts about four years ago with the USA from here in France (I now have dual citizenships and France is not under Anglo-Saxon law) and was quite prepared to pay, but the lender kept not responding or were actually giving false verbal information (I asked politely for it in writing or indication where on the written agreement that existed). I kept it up for months and months via calm internationally registered mail, copies kept and properly received, proof noted, and they just kept brushing me off, so finally I wrote and said things had fallen apart and I'd done my best to sort things out and we were at a stalemate. I didn't have to pay quite a large debt. (A small amount of it was incorrect, too.) I really tried, but they were absolutely not reasonable.

They wont show up to your address because the banks will not honor a Promissory note...this is all bullshit it doesn't work. I have tried it personally and the Banks will laugh in your face when you hand them one of these notes.

2 things - 1) Isn't your mortgage backed by a promissory note? Im confused as to how a promise to pay offsets a promise to pay. And #2) I get why a bank would accept the promissory (They can sell it at a profit). But why would another institution purchase it, if i am clearly stating on the promissory that you cannot collect from me (the maker of the note) if the instrument is traded. Doesn't that deem it worthless?

Jetlifezayy I am in no way a legal wiz, but from my understanding, Tillenger says that once the PM has been traded from (let's say) the bank, then THE BANK cannot collect money from you; however, the NEW holder of the letter can collect money from you UNTIL THE obligation has been fulfilled. I hope that makes sense.

In the United States I read that articled 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code cover negotiable instruments. I have not read this as of yet but I did see that for something to be a negotiable instrument that the promise or order to pay must be unconditional. Based on that it would seem that Mr.Tellinger's note would not work in the United States because he has that condition that the money has to be picked up on the 7th of the month. Now I dont know about other countries and I would love for somebody to tell me that I am wrong and that they do work in the United Stated but I thought I should share what I learned (Even if someone else has already shared it)

for example a home mortgage or repaying off a loan. In the contract it will state that the lender will only accept US currency. how can a promissory note fit into this?

US currency is HUGELY different from "lawful money of the United States"! If you signed a contract that requires a certain medium of exchange, then you are bound to perform. I very highly doubt that there is any restrictive wording in any of these contracts.
