I've been watching you for a while but as I'm in Aus I don't usually get these live. It's now 5.30am

Yes, me too. The early morning time in Australia doesn’t align, sadly. Either I’m asleep or getting ready head out on the bike

@@BulletproofCycling I still absolutely love your videos and have found the zone 2 work to have improved all my zones. Love it. Makes every ride easier.

Thank you for your time and sharing great information each week! I was doing really well with Z2 earlier this year during indoor training but when I switched to outdoor training I lost focus on Z2. I just have to focus and slow down. This session provides a great structure to apply to Z2 training! Be well Coach!

I bought some rollers to do all my zone 2 training, because I am incapable of keeping my heart rate low enough out on the road. What can i say,I love going fast !

Hey coach, I have a problem! I've been training so much that my quads and hams are so big I can't fit my cycling shorts anymore!! Now I'm stuck indoor training in my underwear! It's uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

Lol, it was kind of a joke

Hahaha if modelling your images doesn't work then place a hot water bottle on the saddle (with cold water in it) it will act as a great barrier :)

I’ve been training in zone two using my power meter. I am having a hard time to stay in zone two. Any suggestions to help me stay in zone 2

I always focus on HR to start with - this will help you work out speeds etc and what is required on hills - use less torque through the gears on the hills and listen to your breathing - when it speeds and deepens you are removing CO2 so try and avoid this - it's worth the discipline to start with but you'll soon be moving quicker
