I just learned how to make amagarumi animals for babies in my family. And I need something to put around their neck. I want something I can make myself and that looks pretty. But can also use on the ones I make for boys,...so not girly. I think this cord looks nice. I will make one and see if it looks good on the crocheted "baby". I've never seen anything like this.
