I really loved this tutorial! Thanks so much for making it. I made a blanket for my baby cousin with the same yarn but it was pink, brown and white. My uncle loved it so much that I'm making another one for my cousin who's expecting in August :) This is such a great, cheap, fast gift to give.

Hey Mickey! Just one question for you... Is the blanket supposed to have a ripple affect along each triangular section or am I doing something wrong? I have made 4 so far and they all do not lay straight. Do I need to block them or something? Please reply. Love all the helpful videos. You rock! I am starting another blanket tomorrow.

i am having a hard time with this. i can't seem to get it to look like yours. and i usually don't have trouble following your videos, i really want to make this baby blanket for a friend of mine who is having a baby girl, the color im using is summertime bernat baby blanket and its the 100 oz

I have that same yarn for our almost 1 year old granddaughter then I'm making another one in shades of green. I have to rip the whole thing out (thank God it wasn't done), because I found out I did it wrong. Then after those two, I'm making one in shades of verigated Bernat Baby yarn for my doctors daughter who just had a baby boy, but she won't be back til August so I'll have time to do it
@annkruml10 жыл бұрын
Great blanket. Didn't realize that I bought the same yarn. Lol I do have a problem with this rippling. Everything is right. Wondered if my tension is off. The middle seams tighter than the rest or its pulling from the middle. If I pull on it it'll lay flat. Any ideas?

I am just starting out and I would like to make my daughter a new blanket for her 2nd birthday that she will be able to use for years to come. My question on this video is,do you just keep going until your blanket is the size you would like it to be? I have been watching videos for a couple days trying to decide which one I would like to make for her and the blanket in this video is the one I have chosen. I took her to pick out yarn and she picked this yarn in almost the exact same color. Thank you for any advice you can give me.

@gemmamadden670010 жыл бұрын
Is this a granny square and do you have any pictures of it crocheted using a smaller hook and yarn as I can't get that chunky of yarn in uk. Our dk is very thin. I'd love to see what this is like done in a thinner yarn? What hook size did you use? I can only get up to 8mm hook.

Have you ever tried this in a thinner yarn? If so have you a picture to see what it turned out like. Is this an ordinary granny square? Do you have a written pattern.?
@GoodKnitKisses10 жыл бұрын
No I haven't but you can use the recommended hook for the yarn you pick, check the ball band for the hook recommended. For this pattern check out the description for all the info.

I am confused...Mikey already has this video up on his KZbin channel, so why is it being re-posted here? I guess you are affiliated with The Crochet Crowd? I would maybe post a link to his actual video on his channel so he can be supported with views/likes on his own channel.
