If I wanted to make the hat bigger, when adding a round, am I just repeating the 5th round and found the 2, 1, 1 dc?

Hi,if you want it bigger then me you will have to increase one more round .So in R:5 you have done inc, 1 dc in the next 3 st.And in R:6 you will do inc ,1 dc in next 4 st .That would be big enoug .So R6 will be your last inc round amd then no more you will simply continue as you see in the video .I hope it helped😊

Ok. So I followed your tutorial to a Tee twice and made two very pretty hats. The only thing is that they are a little big on my head. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong, please? I used 5.5 yarn ( Red Heart Acrylic ) and 5.5 hook. I'm a beginner trying to find my way. My hats look exactly like yours but loose and not fitting should I say

Maybe you are loose chrocheter ,thats ok just make one round less of increasing at the top and then just continue as normal🥰
