This is very cute, but I wouldn't call this a tutorial. After round 2, it's just reading the pattern out loud without showing how to actually do it. I also ended up putting the legs on the wrong way because it wasn't specified which side of the body they were put on. This wouldn't have been an issue if I had put all the legs on the same way, but I didn't even realize until 5 legs in and a couple were facing opposite ways of the others. It did come out very cute though!

I dont know what i did wrong. Lol i have the same yarn thickness and hook and the same about of stiches but my rows from 10-5 is like definitely not looking like it is enough for the face. I've tried making this pattern 4 times with varying size hooks and blanket and baby blanket yarn. Each time by the 15th row I am less than 1/2 way down the side of my squish pillow. Do you have any tips for making the rows taller? For now I am adapting by adding rows

It sounds like you're not meeting gauge? Adding rows is a good solution, but if you want to make your stitches taller, you could make sure to pull each loop up a bit more before finishing the stitch.

This pattern is super adorable! I ordered the squish ball and looked at the washing instructions. How do you wash yours? My squishball says not to launder but spot clean with a wet washcloth and mild soap.

I followed the written tutorial and mines is flat. There's zero curl to make the roundness of the head. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?? I've made bees before and it has worked.

I used just one ball of the blue and less than one of the white, but some have said they needed two balls of the blue - I think that yarn is sold in a couple of differnt putups, which is a factor.

I should have watched the whole video because you basically just showed the paper more than actually crocheting which is very frustrating cause I am a beginner and I prefer to see the whole process even for “the sake of time” like you say in the video.
