How to Crochet Oversized Popcorn Sweater, Sizes Extra Small to Large Crochet Video Tutorial

Autumn and winter are not too far away, so it's time for crocheting warmer garments. In this video, I show how to crochet an oversized women's sweater with long and wide sleeves in popcorn design. You can crochet this sweater in sizes Extra Small, Small, Medium and Large.

Love this sweater , I'm going to make one for me then a friend and most likely one to sell. I usually sell one just to recoup the money for wool . No over charging , I love crocheting keeps my hands and mind young so charging my time isn't an option .

Yes, of course! Just make the sleeves shorter, then when everything is stitched together, attach yarn and work into the starting chain of the sleeve (you will be working in a round) and crochet the ribbing. I hope this helps.

How many chains for size L please ?

I can't tell you the exact amount of chains (it depends on the yarn you use and your crochet tension). But for size L make chain 24 inches long (61 cm), then count the amount of chains. You need to have a multiple of 6, plus 3. So add a few chains or remove a few chains accordingly.

I don't have a model in size extra large to take measurements of, that's why I didn't do that size. The idea is still the same, you can probably adjust the pattern to your measurements.
