OH MY GOSH THIS HELPED ME SO MUCH. I assumed a turn stich was based on yarn thickness. The thicker the yarn the bigger the turn right? This has made my projects edges look professional now. Thank you!

Just keep practicing it will click but set out for a bit if you get frustrated and when you get back to it sometimes it just makes sense.
