So much value in the "to be unclear, is to be unkind" lesson.

This is by far the best business podcast on the internet right now. I'm taking it all in from the man🙏🏽

Agree. Founded on Christian principles. And they’re not going to tell you contact several banks to get the lowest interest rate for a loan. And Dave has a high net worth. And he’s around sharp people every day. He’s built it

NEVER LOWER YOUR PRICE AS A REACTION. It devalues your service or product. Thank you, Dave Ramsey for sorting out so much for so many, including me.

3:00 never be passive aggressive, be nice but tell the truth (doesn’t have to be harsh truth, but truthful/clear nonetheless)

I remember once I left company because, I was told I do other things that I'm supposed to, after 3 months. The next day the recruiter called and I accepted his offer without negotiating salary.

Your thorough financial forecasting for your business sale is impressive. Could you share any valuable insights or tips for achieving such accuracy in projections?

Daves totally right about if it’s unclear it’s uncaring. Our family business suffers so much by my dad feeling he’s being mean holding people to account. He’s had grief with employees for years at a time until he finally fires them. They have no idea what they were even doing wrong lol

As far as I'm concerned I don't have the right to be angry with an employee if I didn't talk to them first.
