Winner of a video, I have been researching "cerave eye repair cream for eczema" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Eonrayson Simplified Eradicator - (do a google search ) ? It is an awesome one off guide for discovering how to stop your eczema once and for all without the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got cool success with it.

Would this be effective on any acne prone parts of the body? My teenager is suffering greatly with facial acne, mostly. It sounds alot like yours but all over their face very red, and inflamed but never comes to a head. And they squeeze and pick trying to clear it but it only makes its worse. I've noticed over summer that it seems to be appearing on their back, upper arms, chest, and I'm sure other areas I dont need to see. They are always covered up, no matter the temperature. So it's obviously affecting their self esteem. I want to help, but every product I've tried so far, has so many steps they can't be bothered keeping up with it, or is too expensive to purchase regularly. Or both. Our doctor recommended salicylic acid. But it's not sold in Australian pharmacies anymore. They've given up and accepted defeat, and so had I til I saw this. I hope this is the thing that helps. I just want to be sure if its face only or not, before I try to hunt this product down and hand it over. Any and all replies welcome.

What a lot of people don't know, is that cystic acne can be caused from dairy intolerance. I used to have a "Pizza face". My aunt is kind of a hippie, and she told me to try going without dairy, gluten, and sugar for 3 months. I tried it, and by the end of the first month I had no new acne, and the acne I had was healing up. By the end of the third month all traces of acne were gone! It was awesome, because I didn't have to put any "Harsh Chemicals" (As my hippie aunt would put it) and it totally worked! The down-side is that as soon as you eat dairy again, the acne returns. some people only get acne from gluten, or from sugar. Dairy is the only thing that effects me personally. I hope this helps some people who don't want to put as many chemicals on their skin. :)

I had a friend who had horrible acne in that pattern and tried topical treatments didn't work so she went to a naturopath. They figured out she was sensitive to wheat and the stress on her bowels in processing wheat was causing the acne due to poor circulation in the lymphatic system below the cheekbone watershed. She cut down on the wheat and her skin went frickin radiant. It was lovely to see because she was a beautiful girl anyway but the confidence it gave her not having to stress about her appearance made her so happy :)

I wanted to Thank you for your video on acne. I've been watching your makeup videos for years and I stumbled upon it. I have struggled with acne for 20 years and for the first time it's completely fixed from your advice. It's been over 3 months now and it's still gone. Literally 3 or 4 days after doing what you recommended my skin looked completely better. Instead of sunscreen I used olay anti wrinkle with spf 30. I'm so happy I could cry, I made a youtube account just to tell you how much it meant and it changed my skin. You did what 3 dermatologists and countless doctors visits could not! So thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I'm going to try it. I have a lot of white heads and black heads that are like his were, just stuck beneath the surface and mine also started at 19 years old. It's not red at it don't look that bad, but there's a lot and they make my skin bumpy and my pores are huge. I hate it. I've tried proactive and pretty much every other over the counter medicine. My insurance won't cover dermatologist without a referral which my Dr won't give me because he says it's not cystic and is I just wanted my face better it will go away 🙄 I wash my face all the way time, even try not to wear makeup often. I even bought an expensive and professional ( im a cosmetologist) cleaning and microdermabrasion brush and the social face wash for able and crystals. I have face peels. Face oil, etc.. Nothing is working.

zikashika flora I've also heard of cetaphil, but i use cerave hydrating cleanser instead, and it soothes my skin! Even if you have oily skin, you have to moisturize it after washing it. I use the neutrogena oil free gentle moisturizer. Because i also have very sensitive skin, i use tea tree oil as a spot treatment. You can also use benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid if you don't have sensitive skin. I've been doing this routine for about a week, and so far it's healed some of my acne and i haven't been breaking out :)

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! It worked just as promised - only 7 days and my skin is COMPLETELY CLEAR OF SPOTS (some minor scars are left, but these get smaller every day)! I can not believe it, it is some sort of a miracle! I never thought that my skin would ever look so beautiful. Granted it is still dry and peeling, but as soon as I put my moisturizer on, it just glows and is the SMOOTHEST its EVER BEEN in my adult life! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!! I am 29 (female, european, dry to combination skin) and I had acne since I was 14! Short of going to a dermatologist, I tried every other thing imaginable over the years. The only approach that produced some sort of results was the birth control pill accompanied by the GP-prescribed antibiotics and regular extractions with the beautician (plus, of course, all the expensive skin care products that the beautician would prescribe). But this was a very dragged out process and the results didn't even come close to the ones I got in the last 7 days. Mine was never a severe cystic acne, but it still looked pretty awful. Until 7 days ago my face was covered in these annoying whiteheads you talked about most of which would not come to a head. Some of them will get red and infected, others will just stay deep under the skin forever (and get bigger over the years) creating this bumpy appearance. All I can say it THANK YOU! Thank you so much for your video and showing us the right way of using Benzyl Peroxide and encouraging to stick with it regardless of the side effects. A few years back I tried a few different Benzyl Peroxide - containing products and regiments, and as soon as I would start experiencing the side effects I would discontinue presuming that I am allergic. Also, I am convinced that when using the product in small amounts, the side effects were worse (although delayed). After about a week of using the product in small doses, I would get severe swelling on top of the usual redness and only marginal results. Whereas with this regime my skin got incredibly read, incredibly dry and slightly puffy on days 3 and 4, but by day 5 my body must've adopted and all the redness and puffiness was gone. In the mean time, seeing significant improvements in acne every single day helps you stick with the program for the toughest first few days. There is definitely the right and the wrong way of using Benzyl Peroxide. Using large amounts of the product (although in smaller strength i.e. 2.5% instead of 5% or 10%), moisturizing heavily afterwards, using very gentle cleanser and being generous with the sunscreen was definitely the right way for me. Thank you for teaching it! I though I'd mention to anyone who wants to try this program it that after some additional research I learnt that 2.5% benzyl peroxide is generally considered to produce better results than 5% and 10%. Maybe you could post an updated video explaining how this works??? I used 2.5% and it worked. Finally, another BIG THANK YOU (sick of them yeat? :))! Needless to say to everyone out there who have ever had to deal with acne, this video had an impact not only on my skin, but also on my life! This is not the only video that describes this regiment, but it is the only one that made me believe and be willing to give Benzyl Peroxide another go! So thank you gossmakeupartist for making it! P.S. You had another more recent video out there (set against the black background) that talked about this regiment. Unfortunately, I couldn't find this video today. I hope it did not get deleted, because what also encouraged me to try this program is seeing that after a few years you still though that this was one of the better alternatives out there. For the sake of any other skeptic like myself, I hope that that second video will also find its way back to your channel.

For me, I have really thick, combination skin, and benzoyl peroxide like you used is the ONLY thing that has ever helped. But it left my skin peeling off terribly, and same as you experienced, no moisturizer was enough. Lately I've been using lip balm a few hours after the cream, and this helps a little. I'll have to try the sunscreen. Thanks so much for (re)posting this. Cystic acne really is a soul-wounding condition, it's awful. I believe that this method will work for anyone if they stick to it. However, a food sensitivity could be the root cause, and if that's the case, simply eliminating the problem food will cure the acne forever. Thanks so much for all that you do!

I feel I should also point out that about a quarter of the population is gluten-intolerant, and gluten intolerance is, many times, responsible for severe or even cystic acne. I used to suffer from hidradenitis suppurativa (chronic boils on the body--at any given point in time I would have about 10+ boils on my underarms, backs of legs, and rear end--not pretty at all) and it was soooo extremely painful and INCREDIBLY embarrassing. After I stopped eating bread (I'm not completely gluten-free, but I have cut out the majority of it) and limited my processed sugar intake, my boils went away. I will get the odd one every now and then if I slip up and eat, say, a doughnut, but other than that, my plague has been lifted. Just throwing that out there. Your tips were really great, I wish I had tried that when I had acne on my face around puberty.

Anna W. I'm just going by what I've heard most say, and my own experience. When I am gluten free I have little to zero skin issues, my joints no longer hurt, and I no longer am hungry every second of the day.
@Cheleartsanddesigns
@Cheleartsanddesigns 10 жыл бұрын
Anna W. you are correct and incorrect at the same time. It's trye that many ppl jumped on the GF diet without understanding it BUT incorrect to say not as many have it. gluten intolorance is a result of gut issues and that is affecting a seriously large amount of ppl, way more than they know and understand. I've only met a handful a physicians that actually understood gut health, it's really not their strength sadly. If someone has candida, IBS, leaky gut syndrome, and about a hundred other issues related to the gut, you most likely have an intolerance to some foods. I was unaware that I had an intolerance because the pain was part of my daily life, but i stopped all glutens for a few months and had a very strict no sugar, low carb, no dairy and no gluten diet to start healing my gut. I felt better, bloating went away, my stomach srunk, my BM regulated and o on. A few months later I cheated and had a sandwich.. the most painful sandwich I have ever ate. My body was starting to reject strongly all foods that caused toxins in my body. I've done amazing without glutens. The upside is that gluten intolerance is "curable" but it won't happen on a GF diet. till someone heals the gut, takes great probiotics and reduce their stress drastically, they won't process many foods. My 2.5 YO daughter had severe night terrors, would wake up 2-5 times a night and was cranky all day till we took glutens away, there is now no more night terrors and she sleeps through the night on most nights. When you know what to look for, you can see when a GF diet is helpful but it's not helpful if you eat a bunch of white rice pasta, corn pasta and garbage food. I'm cool with ppl on a GF diet who also eat healthy but many who do it for trendy reasons eat a high sugar, high carb cheap meat diet. Recipe for disaster. Be careful of some bias "research against gluten free diets, gluten industry is a multi billion dollar one and there are also many uneducated researchers out there. I'm not a diet follower, never have in 32 years but researching gut health for almost a whole yer straight i've learned that we could cure many health issues if we treated our gut more respectfully. The rise in gluten intolerance, nut allergies, ADHD, anxiety, depression, ADD, candida, fibromyalgia and so on all comes from there and is preventable and manageable. I know this is an older video, but I'm currently having a huge recent breakout of acne on my chin, and just as you, I HATE looking at myself in the mirror and I definitely won't go out of the house without makeup on. I never used to do that until now. I could go out of the house without a lick of makeup on. I'm 43 years old, and going through early menopause. I eat healthy, drink tons of water, and exercise regularly. So I'm extremely frustrated and looking for a way to tone down my volcanic eruptions, likely due to hormonal changes. So, thank you for this tutorial. I'll try this regimen and get feedback to you.

I had terrible cystic acne on my cheek area and nowhere else. I grew up with clear skin and not until I turned 20 did this happen, I was honestly depressed. My acne is completely gone now but I have scarring. I am on Trinessa birth control and it helped treat my acne I've been taking it for about 7 or 8 months now! It took a while for me to really notice a change but it was so worth it! I would highly reccomend trying bc

+Veroosh Tarot Yes, 5% and 10% are the most common over the counter like he said, but the reason why someone would choose 2.5% instead of 5% or 10% is if they have sensitive skin. Sometimes 5% or 10% is extremely drying and can cause an extreme allergic reaction causing your face to be red. I fall under this category and when i tried 10% all over my face a long time ago, my skin reacted to it and my face and eyes were swollen for a day. However when i found a 5% benzoyl peroxide acne wash (acne free) or used a 2.25% cream (paula's choice) it didn't cause my skin to reaction in that way. Yes, it did make my skin dry, but it wasn't red. Also, one reason why people would go with a lower benzoyl peroxide is that a higher concentration will surely bleach your clothes or pillow sheets if you aren't careful. Of course you can also start off with a lower concentration and work your way up to a higher concentration since I do find that my tolerance of benzoyl peroxide has improved over time. 10% doesn't irritate my skin very much anymore.

Thanks Wayne! I didn't even finish watching this video before I went to the bathroom and caked on my benzol peroxide cream to my face!!! I've got such bad acne and have been getting it for a year, I never had issues with acne as a teen and now I'm in my late 20's. I've been prescribed 100mg of doxycycline to take once a day and I've been on it for about 5-6 weeks and it hasn't done A THING. My acne is focussed around my jawline, neck and now it's moving to my forehead and chin too. Some of it is cystic acne and some are as you described, not coming to a head AND on top of that, I have normal pimples as well as what appear to be white heads that just cluster between it all. I've become a shadow of my usual self and I am definitely going to try this because I LOVE to beat the fuck out of my face with make up but I hate to put make up on when I have break outs 😔 I will definitely tag you in my Instagram post once my skin clears up (hopefully) and caption it, "thanks to Wayne Goss my skin has finally cleared!" And I too got broken capillaries not under my eyes thank god but on my cheeks. I remember using your method of how you got rid of it and did it for a good 2 months and I did start to see results but my skin was so sore and dry and I couldn't handle it. This definitely worked for me! Wayne you're a legend for always speaking the truth and sharing with your audience without any hidden marketing agenda. Thank you. I used a prescribed version of Oxy 10 called Benzaclin. The **most important thing** is to apply not just on the spots, but ALL AROUND the spots for it to work - if you don't apply all around your acne spots, it will NOT* work. The Cetaphil cleanser is also great. I can't believe I lived with really bad acne for almost a decade from my teens to my twenties before figuring this out. * The first dermatologist that prescribed me Benzaclin for years told me to spot-treat - which was wrong and did not work. Then a decade later, I managed to get a new dermatologist - she prescribed me the same cream Benzaclin, but told me to apply it all around the acne spots and it cleared 90% of my acne.

I tried this and it worked so well for me. My mom kept telling me to stop for the first few weeks because the peeling was really bad due to the benzoyl peroxide (I had to use eczema medication to get rid of the peeling it was so bad!) but after about a month my skin stopped peeling and the acne has gone away. Now I only ever get one or two pimples which is a sign to use a dab of the benzoyl peroxide

+Mycenaea no, I didn't. I actually recently found out that I should've been using sunscreen the entire time to prevent the peeling -_- but ah well my acne is clear now. I switched to Oxy's face wash (10% benzoyl peroxide) and I just leave it on for about 60 seconds in the shower then rinse when I have a breakout. it's much lighter than leaving the peroxide on all night. but yes if you try this use sunscreen!!!

We couldn't find 2.5% so we used 5% generic brand and he is tolerating it well with the help of the sunscreen. I have seen worse cases than his... on a scale of 1-10 he was probably a 6 with spots all over, some festered sores and one large deep weeping wound were he constantly was picking at his chin. His entire face is all but dried up on day 6...thanks so much Wayne. He's smiling a lot more lately!!!

Wow, great story, thank you for sharing that dark time in your life. I had cystic acne and I would be at work and all of a sudden, the cyst would open and a green/red puss would start coming out, I would be so embarrassed. It wrecked my confidence, my self-esteem and my over all well being. I quit a really great internship as a-buyer in NYC, this was in1983, I was 19, it was a very dark/depressing time in my life. My mom took me to a topDr. At Downstate Hospital in Brooklyn to meet with Dr. Alan Schalita (he was my god). He was the founder of Accutane and he started me on that also with cortisone shots in my cysts too bringdown inflammation. With Accutane, it has to get worse before it gets better, also making your skin very dry, so dry that onetime I had a bagel and my mouth was so dry, I couldn’t open my mouth to chew the bagel,it was too painful. Six months later,my face cleared up and it was a miracle drug. When I was 29 (about ten years later), I was making wedding plans and I noticed my face had two cysts, so I went back to my doctor and he put me on another round of Accutane, and it worked great, and I was even getting Collagen Injections to feel in the scars (the scars were called depressive areas), and I wanted my pictures for my wedding to look really pretty, which they did, I have not had any pimples or cysts since1992. And every four years I do a little Botox on my forehead and around my eyes (with a top Dermatologist/Plastic Surgeon), some fillers in my lips and Restalyne around lips and cheeks to plump up my face. I am now 55 years old and my skin looks pretty good. It will never be perfect/flawless but compared to where I was, I’ll take it and be grateful for taking an active roll In this whole process. For anyone out there reading this,it does get better, I promise!

Benozoyl Peroxide (Benzac 5% face wash) is what I used that cleared up most of my acne, I still have purplish scars, tiny bumps and hormone related acne but that shit has calmed down so much. I am now adding a Olay brush to my routine which has reduced the tiny bumps down more. One of the most important things that people neglect is changing your pillow case every 1-2 days. It makes a world of difference that people don't think about.

I was on roaccutane for 9 months which completely cleared my skin. Only problem was it wasn't a permanent fix. My skin was utterly horrendous and it was all over my face and down my jaw too. No part of my face was free of it. One doctor told me he'd never seen anyone which such horrific acne, so I went on the drug. Now two years later, I still find myself struggling with regular pimples (though nowhere near as bad), but for the price we paid and the belief I'd be free of acne, I'm really disappointed. I've always wanted flawless skin but have never been able to have it and now have a face full of scars as well. Perhaps I need to give this regime a go..?

When my hormonal acne that was normally under control (one or two spots and whiteheads under the skin but nothing makeup couldn't cover) went into overdrive from stress the first thing I did was visit Clinique as a friend recommended it- it made my skin ten time worse and broke me out in new areas and took a good few months to get it back to normal and I had to take medication. The same happened when a doctor insisted I try Isotretinoin and said to apply it twice a day regardless of burning and peeling (should of trusted my instincts and built up over time)- absolutely ruined my skin. It's great that you have posted videos that are honest and actually give useful advice as everyone in the past has honestly given me such bad advice (including the GP!!). Thanks so much for your help- I've purchased the Paulas Choice BHA 2% lotion and this clears up blemishes in 3 days, and reduces swelling. Such a good youtube channel!!!! :) Megan x

To be honest I used exactly that clinique treatment after drugstore products didn't help and this did but like everything I tried that helped, it didn't help for long and lost effect after maybe six weeks a the end of the day the only thing that cured it was a very harsh prescription drug from a dermatologist and I started getting several moderate side effects which I never told the dermatologist about, looking back six months on with skin moderately scarred but pretty much clear of breakouts I'm glad I did this. Maybe in the long run I'll have some sort of internal organ damage but a) fingers crossed that probably won't happen and b) at least I'm living and enjoying life now rather than the severe depression I suffered before.I still get insecurities sometimes I'm certain I have body dysmorphia and life isn't perfect but it's a hell of a lot better, good luck to everyone out there stay strong stay beautiful xxx

I suffered from acne for about 2 years, but with me it actually kicked off when I started to use the Clinique 3 step program. It took me a full bottle and a half of that cleansing product to realize that it was actually worsening my situation. Luckily (after having wasted money on even more expensive products), I bought Cetaphil a few weeks ago on the internet. I saw immediate results from the third day and onwards. Now my skin is much healthier and I only suffer from occasional pimples (which is normal I suppose for someone my age?) ^^ But if only I had seen your video earlier :P

How often do you exfoliate? I use coconut oil every night and exfoliate a couple times a week but I always wash my face with African black soap and a wash cloth every night and it removes the dead skin then I use a witch hazel astringent and coconut oil to moisturizer at night. During the day I just wash it with my hands and the African black soap. In the day time I use bare minerals moisturizer under my make up and it works great. I do use the color supplement from Lush for my foundation though and it doesn't look cakey at all with E.L.F. HD powder. I hope that helps.

I tried benzoyl peroxide and i was horrified at how drying it was. I worked with it for a few days but the flakiness looked even worse than the acne and i was too embarassed to keep using it. i managed to heal the dryness within a couple of days with aloe vera masks. the acne cleared up moderately but came straight back after i stopped. i have been too scared to start again and now use a muchmuch gentler range from la roche posay called effaclar. its ok but i still have new whiteheads every week. does anyone think i should use the bp again, if i used it with a strong moisturiser? if so what moisturiser? thanks

I was having a very bad acne since I was 16yrsold and like what you said Wayne goss it's really irritating having an acne every time i look in the mirror I felt like so embarrass really,I have tried so many medication I even go to skin dermatologist etc.but I couldn't find the right medicine for my acne, til one day I saw your Video and it's quite interesting so I went to pharmacy to find that oxy10 maximum for stubborn acne.i applied it all over my face and leave it til morning.so I woke up in the morning and went to the washroom to wash my face and I was amazed really because usually while washing my face its hurts me.all the acne dried and I didn't feel any pain it's just that I feel the dryness on my face but doesn't matter I can use moisturiser for very dry skin most important is my acne cure. I really love the product it's really works I have been using it 2 days from now and I can see the changes.thanks so much and God bless

I am in my 40`s and just began with adult acne. It got seriously bad!! I didn`t experience acne before. After applying this acne guide *AcneCureOnline. Com* for 2 weeks, I observe obvious effects. I am trying this treatment for 2 months now and have become comfortable once again. .

Hi there, i had the same exact problem for years and it was really disturbing and i hated it cause i couldnt wear anything i liked and i had to hide it with make up and shit.. Tried so many things but nothing seemed to really work. I didnt give up tho until i found a pretty good solution and everybody was amazed by the transformation.. I'll try to sum it in short steps : 1.watch your diet , cut off the foods or drinks that might be the cause (google it).. 2.Try to shower daily or at least 4 to 5 days a week and use non oily soap to shower also it would be better to use a loofa that would help to clean your skin just right. 3.To get rid of the acne spots i took vitamins supplements (pills) and they worked magic on my skin plus some foods and moisturizers that helped , used some home made masks too. If u need to know the names of the products i used and some more explanations about my daily routine just let me know so i'll inbox you my number or kik or whatever ..

I used to get back acne and found out it was from using conditioners. You might want to use a 'spray on' conditioner after you get out of the shower. Put a towel over your shoulders and back to keep the conditioner from getting on your skin. Good luck!
