Aww that was incredibly sweet of you to say, thanks very much sis! And yeah I got you! I workout 4-5 times a week at least, and I try to watch what I eat to help me stay on track. For example today I had a smoothie with raw oats in it (I didn't even know you could eat raw oats) and for lunch I had avocado toast with Tortilla chips. I'll probably have a salad for dinner but what gets me is that I'm a huge snacker! It's tough lol. And I hope you love your curls that you get using the pipe cleaners!

Thanks so much sis! And That's a fantastic question. I just put it up in a loose high bun and also use a satin pillowcase. I used to use a bonnet buti don't anymore. A big key is to use a shower cap on in the shower too to prevent the humidity from having the curls fall. I hope this helps!
