AFTER USING THESE EARPLUGS....to be fair, i just installed an eyelights system, and the audio on it doesn't impress me as much as the sena i had previously, so even though i couldn't hardly hear the phone call with these plugs, i couldn't with the other ones i have either. can definitely hear traffic, engine rpms, etc. i had high hopes for these ear plugs being molded, and that is a cool feature, but the cooled plug is pretty stiff foam, and tend to come out of my year when i pull the helmet down if not really careful. comfort, they were still a hard spot on the ear. they were better than the eargasm type plugs i've tried, but not as good as the fully molded plugs i have, which are the most comfortable, but make it pretty hard to hear music if that's a priority.

Great plugs. Used them for first time when cutting the lawn. Then I went for my first ride and…..they were a bitch to keep in while putting the helmet on. Anyone else experience this? I made it work but it wasn’t easy. And because of the molded fit with the hard plastic it was actually painful getting the helmet on

I seen they had the set for going to concerts and listening to music but at a higher price tag. I have been debating on trying some but I was wondering how comfortable they would be and if they would fall out when lifting helmet. May just have to not worry about it.

i don't recall them falling out when removing the helmet, but I'm not sure about them staying in for a slipknot moshpit :)

And how did they work on the motorcycle? Any pressure from the helmet on the hard plastic? Does it let in enough (albeit muffled) sound to still hear traffic, bluetooth comms unit etc?

they were a lot stiffer than i expected after molding them. not painful to remove, but definitely not soft and spongy

Would these protect my ears at an infoor range?

I would not rely on these alone for firearms. they're meant to knock out windnoise, and they would reduce firearm noise, but i would use at least an over the ear 'muff' style hearing protection and even a spongy ear plug in combination for maximum protection, especially for anything bigger than a .22LR

@@NoLimitsNoRegrets what are the most comfortable ear muffs? The ones i have they press down on my ears even after upgrading the pads to that soft gel

@@WavyVaporizers i have a pair of walkers alpha muffs that i've used for quite a while now.
