What if I sell to multiple contacts at one company? Should I create separate customers?

Very helpful but I could not find what I needed. When I create a customer I have no choice to make them Supplier or Customer. So I created a customer and when I click Customer it does not appear in the list. How do I go about that? Thank you

Xero creates them as a contact. You can then both record bills (supplier invoices) or raise a sales invoice. Depending on which you choose will determine if the contact then becomes a customer or a supplier. I hope this helps.
