If I'm being honest I just peel my mango lile an orange and hold it with a napkin and eat around the seed. Snack on the go lol Since the kind of mango I have is the small yellow one, and it's too small and oddly shaped to cut like this

Another way: follow the first step of the video and not cut the seed then take the 2 mango sides then cut slots but not all the way and make squares then push the make from tree outside and eat the square

Its nice to hear concern for your viewers safety! Mangos are slimy slippery so your advice on cutting the fruit off the slice by drawing the knife away from fingers holding the end seems pure common sense right. It likely is to an adult but not to a child or a preteen. I believe it is a young person that watched your video to learn to cut a mango because his/her mom wouldn't do it for him/her. That Mother should be thanking you for including that statement.

It's kinda similar to honey mango...right..... apologies if I'm wrong but yh it would be difficult to cut it that why if I cut honey mangoes like their skin is quite thin So I just prefer to cut it in pieces and bite the fruit (not the skin obvs)
