Dude legs and thighs are fine, wing pieces could have been a little more accurate. The breast piece should be boneless and should be cut into pieces only if customer wants. Carcass pieces are generally discarded.

This can easily done for some bucket chicken or like deep fry items ,but in South Indian style there will be a lot of varieties to be made in which chicken piece requires in different sizes. For example the dish name pallipalayam chicken it requires minute piece for fry whick will become more tastier. In that condition fast cutting chicken is not possible
