Ohk I have never eaten fish nor cooked or seen once in real world… but I saw in one video that if you boil the sliced fish with intact scales they would come off so what’s true ?

This shouldn't be the first fish one eats or cooks by themselves. Choose between Mackerel or Salmon or some other marine fishes.

Bhai sahab knife se aisa nehi kata jata ha.. well fish ka liya app 10inc butcher knife curve type ki kharid lo.. blade ka uper ma finger se force nehi deta..
