i'm shocked that this only has 6 comments, all of the videos you make are really good, don't know why you stopped at the fries video! (i'm aware you continued, but the old style videos are the ones i subscribed for and watch a lot and share with household members)

I appreciate that! I’m not sure about what you mean about the style though because I haven’t changed my style of filming.

@@Honestandtasty the style of filming is the same, i just meant that there's a lot more of your old videos and some look really nice and you use the best quality ingredients, there was a bit more variety of different types of food and I still watch your new videos which are really good, i like to hear the negatives on getting the worse quality food and the benefits on the better quality food, i liked the look of the apple crisp recipe and might give it a try, yet again, i think i just shared the old videos around a bit more, and as i'm writing this comment, i'm watching the bone broth video which is really, really good! keep making good videos!

I hope to be sharing tons of recipes with you and I will continue sharing all about quality ingredients and health in my videos and even more in depth in my blog posts. I’m glad you enjoyed the bone broth video. If you click the link in the description box for that video, it’ll take you to my blog post and recipe for the bone broth. The post is chock-full of information on the nutritional benefits of bone broth and gets pretty deep into the science behind it.

Did any tips work?

I wish I had a gas range for so many reasons, this is yet another. But I have tried lighting a match, blowing it out and placing it burnt side out between my teeth, I have to use a few but it somewhat works. I've also heard to leave the hairy part of the bulb intact until your final cuts helps... my best move is to have someone else cut them ;-)

Have you tried a candle? I've tried the hairy part trick, but I'm ultra-sensitive and started tearing almost immediately. xx

Will try the candle for sure... I go with shallots instead of onions, I have hypersensitive tastebuds & sense of smell, so I too am ultra-sensitive to onions.
