I have stones at the side of my house and weeds grow out of it. How to install pavers and also prevent weeds from growing there?

When you figure it out, let me know! I have rocks around my house, and weeds are always growing up through them. Planning to move them out of the away, put down some heavy duty landscaping fabric, then put the rocks back on top. That should take care of it.
