On just knowing that it is for beginners who cannot dance i gave it a thumbs up.. i cannot even move..do no know even abc of dance, dance has been the weakest point in my life throughout these 21years.. i have been criticized even by small children in my family.. i remember i tried to learn dipping last year from my 11 year old cousin sister and still i couldn't do it even after a kid teaching me.. i cannot thank you guys enough for this tutorial.. i can now at least try to learn on my own watching this.. tysm..

There are three ways to work on this. Practice, practice, practice. U can also do lots of stretching. And do some freestyle dancing. Let's go don't feel shy
