Actually, he usually did only three to five. During Motown 25, MJ wanted to do five spins, then do the toe stand and hold it. When he didn't do the toe stand like he wanted to, he cried afterwards.

Corey Vidal, it would be impossible for me to not LOVE this video! I've been dancing for almost 3 years now, jumping from studio to studio and I have never been taught any of Michael Jackson's moves other than the Moonwalk. Thank you for this video! It was well constructed, I was able to pick up on it easily. You may not think you're that good of a dancer, but you are and you are one of those people that I absolutely love, the type of person that can have passion for what they do best :)

You need to do strengthening excercises and be pretty lean. Use a wall to start. Ballet dancers spend years doing it

Hey!!! So I love the fact that you attempted the moves of Michael Jackson! I am a professional singer and voice teacher and I idolize MJ! He is and will always be one of a kind. No one can come close to his stature. So with that being said, you did very well but just like myself, you need more confidence in your ability to execute a dance movement. I understand fully as an opera singer and I am my own worst critic. I think you did very well in describing the movements and i believe that you could execute them even better! I listen to his songs and watch his videos at least 3 nights a week because I’m so enamored with his musicianship as a professional musician myself. I also think that when you said that you are only a teacher because you didn’t have the ability like Michael Jackson, really bothered me because, if it wasn’t for teachers, society wouldn’t have someone to educate them on vocal technique or lifelong lessons that transcend through generations. I have been a classical performer for years and stopped because people said I wasn’t good enough. Then I had my kids and now I’m struggling to do it all… continue grad school, then doctorate, and also perform, all while I have to work in a job that I hate to make sure my kids are taken care of when they need to go to college!!! My whole point is if I can do it, so can you, and don’t put yourself down on these videos even if it is out of your comfort zone.
