Same 🙌🏽🤣😉 I’m currently in physical therapy for my core strength, and basic pt strengthening exercises for my right foot 🦶🏽 after hammertoe surgery from rheumatoid arthritis, in early December 2020, by this point, my right foot and ankle have been basically rebuilt over the past 5yrs....my core strength had been weakened severely due to the many abdominal surgeries I’ve had either from c-sections or multiple hernia repairs and re-repairs bcuz of mesh failure....😳🤦🏻♀️ I’m only doing isometrics for my core and it’s seriously working 🤣🙌🏽 my most difficult exercise looks like I’m doing absolutely nothing while laying on my back on the floor, 65cm Swiss exercise ball resting on my knees and in my hands and I’m gently squeezing with all 4 points, hands and knees, while doing an exhaling breath while starting the gentle squeeze, pushing the air out of my mouth audibly, remembering to keep my lower back flat and chin tucked...doing 15 reps 2 sets 2-3x week....hoooo gurrrl I feel that 🤣🤣🤣🙌🏽💪🏽 but seriously 😉 my foot strengthening exercises right now is only me trying to balance on my right foot at all and hopefully for at least 15 seconds by Tuesday... the only aspect of “Chiron in Aries” I love is the slightly improved healing time 🤣🙌🏽 I’m 2 weeks ahead of my healing schedule and considering I’m old af, 51 in March, I should still be hobbling around in my aircast ffs 🙌🏽🤣🙌🏽 You guys are awesome and I love the fact that you are talking about warming up and STRETCHING 🙆♀️ 🙏🏽‼️ I was and still use the neck exercises I went through physical therapy for last year for 3 months 🥺😖 thanks to #TextNeck no joke and I still suffer from the tension headaches if I have my down at a certain angle 📐 for very long. You had a young lady demonstrate one very useful stretch...the side head tilt with the hand on the head creating the tension and you’ll have better results of this stretch if you control the opposite shoulder 😉 whichever direction you’re tilting the head, the opposite shoulder will automatically try to get in on it and it will try to follow the tension of the pull...best position to be in is sitting 🪑 grip the chair or sit on the hand that’s opposite to the direction of the stretch, it keeps the shoulder down and helps the stretch be more stable, if you want to ratchet it up after a few days of this stretch, do the same thing, do this stretch like usual, then once you get to as far as you can go to stretch, GENTLY turn your head with your hand, as if you’re trying to look at your armpit on the side of the stretch...after a count of 8, gently turn your head back to forward and bring your head back to starting position. The duration and angle 📐 at which we look down at our phones 📲 or anything really, is really starting to cause real harm to our physical bodies. I was only editing photos on my iPhone for a few day at a time, but I was literally almost “curled” into my phone screen with my neck at the most severe downwards angle 📐 my physical therapist gave me a piece of homework to stick on my wall and wallpaper for my iPhone reminding me that human heads average about 9-12lbs, and just holding it up in the upright position is a strain on the neck and especially the trapezius muscle...but add a downwards angle and at the most severe angle, we’re putting 60 POUNDS (27kg) of pressure on our neck... which after awhile, understandably, is guaranteed to cause pain and more nerve pain....

Is it possible to do a video just on breathing? I’ve been doing it my whole life but apparently I need to relearn how to do it in dancing. Like I notice I’ll get tired way more quickly than other students in class even though I have pretty decent stamina. And now you’re telling me that’s a reason I’m not as clean too? Geez! I need breathing basics 😂
@Enzo-wx3vw3 жыл бұрын
Every movement is followed by a breath so if you don't breath or let's say you hold your breath tightly then it can make you tired quickly. Whenever you do any move try to breath in and out of Every moves, another thing you can do is try to be aware of your breath when you're practicing any moves. Try as much as possible to stay focused on breathing I know it's hard but you will figure it out. It's just takes some time. One more thing you can try is visualization , try to visualize your breath moving up and down inside your body. If you do all this im sure you will develop a habit of breathing when dancing. Hope this tips help you, I'm assuming you're a beginner like me. It definitely sucks in the beginning 😂 right!

As an expert marksman and infantry rifleman by Marine Corps standards, I can assure you that neither snipers nor riflemen hold their breath to take shots. We shoot at our natural point of aim which is at the bottom of our breath, or between breaths. In some cases between heartbeats as well.

God Loves you and He wants to be in a relationship with you, so many times we will say being a good person will get us to heaven but the truth is thats not true it's by Gods grace that we go to heaven but you have to be genuinly saved as well . we're all heading for dealth but God can save you from Hell. Because He loves you that much. so cry out to him admit that you have sinned and be actually sorry about it ask Him to Forgive you and accept Jesus as your one and only savior. i love yall God loves you too:)
