Learn to trade support and resistance levels. Levels are where all the action happens, support, resistance, moving averages and ichimoku all give clues as to what the buyers and sellers are doing. By understanding these trading levels you will be better equipped to make informed trading decisions. Enter trades at a level, exit trades at a level.
Day Trading means I am looking to trade stocks, commodities, indices, forex or cryptocurrencies that I expect will move in a predictable direction. I want to take a trade with a set stop loss level and take profit target. A simple plan, but not that easy.
There are thousands of different trading strategies for trading the markets. Every trader has their own approach to trading. I focus on understanding support and resistance levels, price action, ichimoku, bill williams alligator and candlestick signal patterns.
My goal is to help you understand price action so you can make informed decisions to trading strategies, staying with the trend, while adhering to a strict risk management policy.
Candlestick Patterns. These patterns are how I determine the signal that gets me into a trade. The candlestick patterns will have well defined areas of support and resistance, what I refer to as trading levels.
Further the candlestick patterns I show you how to identify chart patterns including Bull Flags, Bear Flags, Triangles, Channels, Double Tops, Double Bottoms, and Ranges.
Trading Strategies key component are learning risk management, identifying chart patterns, trade discipline and trading psychology. My goal is to teach you to accept losses, but keep them small and increase your profits.
You can make money day trading or swing trading, keep it simple stick to a simple plan that works for you.

For trade entry, alligator teeth sharp, spot on the mark analysis of price action. Perhaps, add volume profile indicator as well as your str zones for extra "chum" and bait for the alligator to bite and do an alligator roll to create the bite force action needed to reverse the trend. Also, consider the "feeding time/time cvcles" of Gann and M. Jenkins. When the time is right, the alligator is triggered to do the alligator roll and strike reverse in a "NYSE minute" the previous existing trend, imo. Never look at divergence only, look for a level as well, that way you will pick the right triggers

On wiseman 1 when you're drawing the two lines to identify price moving away from teeth, you draw the second line where price crosses back above teeth, but that wouldn't happen in real time because that would be too late for identifying wiseman 1. I assume it was just an oversight, would you just draw the second line to the teeth on that identifying bar?

it will not be too late. I do this all the time. Wiseman 1 very easy to spot, check and place a stop order or market order (low timeframe)

Interesting that the alligator indicator, which is a trend indicator is being used to trade reversals with this strategy. What time frame would you recommend for this and is this only good for futures/forex or is it good for stocks too with its shortened trading day?

It works on any timeframe, I prefer 12 min for indexes and 20 min for Forex. Never used it for stocks, but I would start with the 4hr and back test from there

Also, I never tought about using other patterns than just the divergent bar for entry. So thanks to you!

Theres no future. It’s present. Just before new candle formation. You will see wiseman 1. When you see it you need to test it by drawing two lines (angulation), like he did. Then you place stop order.

You always want to get in with a small position as early as possible - TESTING THE WATER while the alligator sleeps. Once you see alligator is hungry you take every signal in the direction of the hungry alligator and add to your small position BIG TIME - since the momentum is then strong and you trail the stop behind securing your profit and watch out for reversal signals. When you see an indication for a reversal you pull your stop-loss VERY tight locking in the big move securing the big profit. Then you watch again what is alligator is about to do and test the water again with a small position. Rinse and repeat.
