Yes we want more Penny stock Gap up (long setup) video. And when to Hold short term swing. or Daily swing. Still new at this. How to spot the Base level.

Finally - I've been telling people that it makes more sense to short massive gappers than hoping to jump long. Statistically spoken, I'd say that roughly 80% of these massive gappers fade within first 60 minutes and closing the day by roughly 25% lower than the stocks intraday high, if not more. However, ...my words were disregarded. So, thanks a lot for this video. you put a smile on my face

Kim Bikes or someone like that just pimped out other one of their "top students" to sell this strategy for $1,000 per pop with a bunch of fancy alerts. LOL I've learned more from you for free than those fools ever taught me. Thanks for saving my so much money. You're way smarter than those guys anyway. This really explained it why these kind of patterns occurring so frequently in ASX small caps since July 2020 after fruitful months between March 2020 to June 2020 ( COVID-19 locked down) . Lots of bag holders selling off and pressuring small caps to fall off after only a short gap in first 15 minutes and causing lots of pains to new buyers . Thank you so much for this valuable teaching !!

Shay your older videos like this were packed with information and you did a really good job. However, your newer videos are light years ahead! Why? I think that one of the reasons is that you have slowed down your presentation and thank you for doing this! Some of us are NOT millennials and don't process information at lightening speeds like you guys do. It's not that we're real stupid, it just takes us a little longer to process the information and a slower cadence just like the one you have adopted in newer videos works great! I still got a lot from this video (by pausing and re-watching a few times!, Hahaha). You are a wonderful servant and teacher, Thanks again!

I actually started analysing my own trading strategy which is very new, and playing the premarket seems very steady and gives you great potential even before the market is flooded with volume. Secondly combine gapping with swing trading and you can definitely see massive growth.

This is great information and I love your vidoes, I've learned a lot from you. I like to look for gap up between post market close and pre-market and play this long. Even in the low cap stocks. On Friday I played CCL this way, buying 2000 shares just before market open and sold 20 minutes later up $0.30 for a $600 gain. Sometimes I will make a swing trade like on Thursday I bought 1000 shares of LRN when it hit a low of $22 around 11 am market time (I'm inmountain) and sold it Friday morning before 10 am at $22.70. This made for a $1300 day before 1000 so I called it good. I'm gonna order my Lamborghini soon. ;)

Earnings-based gap ups/downs have been my bread and butter. I find them relatively consistent with their behavior provided that the momentum holds. I agree with you that volume is key. Also as you said, strong fundamentals can provide a buffer against the risk of a false break. I watch volume and price action closely to determine my exit. Your video is a real validation of my trading strategy and I'm learning so much about other strategies with your breadth of knowledge. Keep up the excellent work!

learn both strats. before entering a long position ask yourself "would i short this?" if no. go long.
@johnlennon20704 жыл бұрын
@@jakeyxjakey1 nope, past data has shown that on average, there is almost no way to time and exit a long strategy that works for gappers. It may work insanely well on a few stocks like SPI, but applying the same strategy to other gappers pulls down your average to 0% after fees. So the answer is always "nope, i wouldn't long this" because you may do very well sometimes but most of the time, you'd be moderately wrong.
