This was FANTASTIC video. Especialy for someone who is deadlifting for personal pleasure. Getting to proper position is hard. This was wellcome.

Thanks for the very straightforward advice. I really like rdl's! I have not mastered my form for Deads. My PR is 315 for Deads

This was more of a tutorial on how to properly execute a deadlift as opposed to ways to use it for "building mass".....Should've titled the vid "proper DL set up".

Yes, same complaint here. I was wanting to know how many reps/sets at what percentage of 1 Rep Max, as I'm wanting to move away from trying to add 2kg each session.

hi just wondering if you think i could build a decent set of legs using only conventional deadlifts? i have some hip issues (had surgeries) so deadlifts are the only exercise that i can do consistantly without pain.

What’s your opinion on a rack pull variation from mid shin point? As far as lower back development. I remember back in the day Mike Francois was a huge advocate of them.

Lifting off blocks is better to protect the barbell. Good exercise I've used it for a lifter with back rounding issue.

Suggestions for back exercies for phisique/body building, to replace deadlift?
@ihatesundodgers23763 жыл бұрын
Any seated row standing row and lat pull down but then you'll need standing barbell or dumbbell shrug
